500 KLD STP ON RENTAL BASIS– Detailed Specification. Design,Supply,Eraction Testing & Commissioning of Semi Automatic/ Fully Automatic 500 kld Sewage treatment plant on purely RENT BASIS. Designing, providing, constructing, hydraulic testing, commissioning and giving satisfactory trials of required Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) with advance technology and process with sewage handeling capacity of 50 kld per day. consisting of Screen chamber, Oil &Grease trap, Primary treatment tanks (including manholes, vent pipes and graded gravel media) and Secondary treatment tanks (SBBR) (including gravel media, PVC sheets, wetland plants, plastic mesh, etc. as required.) tank, intermediate and treated water tank, sludge recirculation pump and pipe network, room for tertiary treatment unit, E&M works for tertiary treatment including associated piping work, internal pathways, wire fencing, etc. complete as turnkey job as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) to be designed to treat the row water sewage with the characteristics specified in table number "A" to produce the treated sewage with characteristics specified as mentioned in table number "B NOTE: only eletrical supply is in client scope. "A" Raw Sewage Characteristics: Temperature - Ambient pH - 5.5-9.0 BOD5 - 300 mg/L COD - 600 mg/L Oil &Grease 600 mg/L "B" Treated Sewage Characteristics: Temperature - Ambient pH - 6.5-8.5 BOD5 - < 30 mg/L COD - < 40 mg/L Oil & Grease - < 10 mg/L NOTE: Scope of service provider. 1.Rental Services should be inclusive of all legal charges and taxex. 2.Transportation, Loading & Unloading, commissioning of total system for entire period and after contract decommissioning are Inclusive in Prices. 3.Contract Period - 1 Years minimum. 4.Operation and maintenance of the plant shall be in the scope of service provider. 5.Routine operating consumables and chemicals required for operation of the STP shall be in the scope of service provider. 6.Collection, handling, transportation and disposal of sludge generated from the STP shall be in the scope of service provider. 7.STP plant operate in 03 shifts and 7 days of a week. (08 hours per shift).No weakly Off. (plant will operate 7 days in weak) 8.service provider ensure the treated water parameters which can be directly dischareg to open ground. 9.Service provider should maintain logbooks for operational details and keep records at plant. 10. All tools, tackles, labour, and consumables required for successful operation and required civil work of the entire plant in the scope of service provider.
