M & L for servicing/maintenance of dual media filter/pressured filter/Multigrade filter of any filtration capacity(m3/hr) and any specific dimension of vessel made from Carbon Steel IS 2062 grade steel plate installated at various locations , by dismantling and disconnecting inlet and outlet water connection,testing and checking of face piping, fittings, valves, filter media, under bed plate fitted with strainer, pre/post filter pressure gauges, cocks, manhole, hand hole, air vent system cleaning of existing sand gravel/media for removal of algae on walls and media using pressurized water arrangement to obtain discharge rate as per existing or higher rate after cleaning/servicing and testing of entire collection system(Header/Lateral) and frontal piping system for leakage after reassembling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Supply and fix in repair high pressure, heavy duty cast iron non return valve/ check valve of following sizes, conforming to BS 1868, Class 600, suitable to hydrostatic test pressure for body 156 kg/sq cm & for seat 115 kg/sq cm, both ends flanged in existing line, after removal of old unserviceable non return valve without damaging to existing pipe line complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make Kirloskar/ AUDCO(L&T)/Zoloto. Note : Suitable size MS flanges for existing pipe line, Joints and jointing materials shall be included under this item.

Supply, installation , testing and commissioning motor control centre outdoor type confirming to IS 8623 Part I(one) ,obtained from CPRI approved manufacturer, totally enclosed weather and vermin proof suitably ventilated for 3 phase , 4 wire 415 Volts, 50Hz, AC supply, outer shell shall be made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet & MS angle section of suitable size for frame , factory fabricated , compartmentalized inner shell shall be made of out of 2.0mm thick CRCA sheet for control gear. Front and back door opening with locking arrangement at front. Protection of enclosure IP 56 as per IS-2147 of 1962 with pre- treatment through 7 tank hot chemical process prior to powder coating and powder coated with minimum 50-70 micron of approved colour. The bottom of outer shell contains a detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size.
