Pre-Fabricated waterproof MS Super DOME TYPE Structure of suitable sections with tarpoline top plain ceiling of white drilled cloth (Plain levelled ceiling at height 5M) with side covers of tarpelin & inner part with cloth & outer side Facia elevated with framing & white cloth from top to bottom ( Ht.8m) including entry & exit doors & side Kanad etc. complete. The vertical columns of the structure are at every 6M length wise/ Water proof traingle dome and water proof suitable sections. The design stregth structure shall be such that should bear all wind loads etc complete. (a)Pendal should be covered on all sides with good quality cloth(New) (b)The entire roof needs double covering ,top with white cloth & ceiling with full cloth. (c)Pendal area middle pathway covered with coir matting 4 ft wide covered with red cloth for full length. (d)Erection of D barragetting with cloth for VIP & exit area as per specifications given by the PWD Dept. (e)Fire Extingushers in Pendal area to be provided as per Norms or standards or as directed. | 3.00 | Stage work (Main Funciton Pendal) (a) Stage size 40 ft x 30 ft. and height 5 ft to 7 ft. from floor & should be screwed well to good quality ply & noice proof materials so that noice can be avoided or as directed by incharge. (b) The height of pendal on stage will be 18 ft to 22 ft suitable for pendal lenth as per site condition. (c) The stage should be sound as per specification of public works Department and satisfaction of Police Department & stage stability certificate from PWD is responsibilty of Exhibitor/ Pendal contractor. (d) The ceiling of stage will be decorative and colur full cloth. Also top & sides should be covered by dark black tadpatri. (e) Stage roof shall be coverd with thick tarpoline for water proofing etc. (f) The stage back side cloth (colur) wich is to be suitable for decoration and will have to be excuted as per instructions received from office representative of stage decoration committee. (g) Three way steps for front side of stage for decoration with poltted plants. (h) wooden steps of standard size (tread 30 cm and rise 15 cm) and safe with hand rails of decorative cloth and flowers across the width of stage on both sides. Pendal & Dining Area Side Kanad Having height 8 to 10 ft as per directed by Incharge. (a) Poles of 8 ft centre to centre will have to be covered with good quality colur full coth with height of 8 ft to 10 ht from gound level. (b) Entire partition should be of double colour full cloth.
Baragetting having height 3' to 5' ft as per directed by Incharge. Poles of 8 ft centre to centre will have to be tight well with height of 3' ft to 5' ht from gound level.
Box Kaman having size 20' height , 3ft x 3 ft and 6 Nos to be erected at different locations with good quality cloths along all the sides and as per directed directed by I/C

B) ELECTRIFICATON WORK Light arrangements for Dome/ pendal & stage (a) Fancy light brakets with lamp for central gate of pendal with wirring of standar make in pendal area.
(b) Tube fitting of 4 ft long, 25 watt including wiring and fixing in pendal area as directed.
(c) LED flood light fittings with wiring & fitting for entrance , Dome, stage & pendal of standard make of 200 watts as directed.
(d) Extra lights boards for TV/Radio/LED screen/PA system etc including wiring and refixing in pendal area as directed.
(e) Pedestal fans in good condition including wiring and fixing in pendal area as directed.
(f) Ceiling fans in good condition including wiring and fixing in pendal area as directed.
(g) Air cooler including wiring and fixing in pendal area as directed.
LED SCREEN P4 (a) P4 LED screen of size 10 ft x 8 ft for stage 2 No with stand & Operator.
(b) P4 LED Screen of size 10 ft x 8 ft for Pendal 2 No with stand & Operator.
