Appointment of Technical Consultant for comprehensive Design and implementation Services

Item 1// Working Drawings and Tender Documents. 1.1) The consultant shall get the soil bearing capacity tested and prepare the structural drawings and get it vetted from IIT Delhi/ Roorkee. 1.2) The consultant shall prepare & submit complete working drawings (Civil, electrical and landscape work, etc) for construction for all the structure/ landscape work. 1.3) Submission of detailed specifications of works, schedule of quantities and detailed tender documents for all works including Civil, Electrical, P.H. works, H.V. A.C fire Fighting, landscape, etc in consulation with Govt. (Minimum 6 Sets of the documents (Including services) + Soft copy on CD). 2). Good For Construction Drawings. The Consultant shall prepare detailed drawings of all components of the strucutre, landscape and other components for proper execution of work and submit detailed drawings for all services like structural Electrical, P.H. H.V.A.C, Fire fighting etc prior to starting construction. ( Minimum 6 Sects of drawings for each of the services + soft copy on CD). 3). Construction & Supervision on Stage. The Consultant shall supervise the construction of the strucutre periodically . 3.1) Upon reaching at plinth level of the entire structure. 3.2) Upon completion of 50% of the structure landscape and other components. 3.3) Upon completion of the structure, landscape and other components.
