Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.In cement mortar

Providing and fixing M.S. Tubular frames for doors, windows, ventilators and cupboard with rectangular /L-Type sections, made of 1.60 mm thick M.S. Sheet,joints mitred, welded and grinded finish, with profiles of required size, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.Fixing with carbon steel galvanised dash fastener of required dia and size ( to be paid for eparately)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead:With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : fine sand)

Providing and fixing scaffolding system (Cup lock type ) as per requirement of site, made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup &lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps to form working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work with all essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete.

Dismantling the old damaged insulation of chilled water pipe line having size 200mm passing vertically through various shaft from the terrace of Assembly Building,without damage to the pipe line and disposing the dismantled waste material 150m away from the site as per the direction of the Departmental officers at site.

Scrapping, cleaning and painting with one coat anti corrosive bitumen primer over the cleaned surface of the pipes including cost of materials , labour etc complete as per the direction of the Departmental officers at site

Providing new insulation coating to the 200mm chilled water pipeline with 50 mm thick EPS (Expanded Poly Styrene) section having min. density 24Kg/m3, covered with 7mil fibre glass cloth/suitable vapour barrier cloth and painting with minimum 2 coats of foster paint/Laccoat including cost of materials, labour etc complete as per the direction of the Departmental officers at site.

Shifting,loading,unloading and desposing the dismantled waste material from KLC campus to 25 Km away including all lead and lifts etc ,Tipper conveyance charges etc complete ( 2 trips per day)
