Dismantling of Cement Concrete existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 MORD / MORTH.and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of the work

Earth work excavation Ordinary soils-Mechcanical Means-Upto 3 m depth for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH. and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of the work

Colelction, Supply and filling with Crusher Stone Dust complying with standard specifications including cost and conveyance of Crusher Stone Dust to site to work labour charges watering tamping, ramming etc complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of the work (APDSS No.101).

Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) using coarse aggregate 40mm size hard, machine crushed granite from approved quarry using concrete Mixer 10 / 7 cft (0.2 / 0.8 cum) capacity including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site including all charges for machine mixing and hire charges of concrete mixer, laying concrete finishing top surface to the required level curing etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work. (APSS No. 402).

Providing Plain Cement Concrete grade M-10 (Nominal mix 1:3:6) concrete in open foundations using 20 mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH.and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of the work

Plastering with CM (1:3), 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and water to work site and all operational incidental, labour charges such as scaffolding, mixing mortar lift charges curing etc., complete for finished item of work.and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of the work

RCC M- 20 design mix (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including Seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, including centering, shutterin and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of the work

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild steel (MS) bars (Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc.,and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of the work

Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate - as per IS 383 - 1970 and IS 2386 Part 1 to Part 8) from approved quarry using concrete Mixer 10 / 7 cft (0.2 / 0.8 cum) capacity including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand), coarse aggregate, water etc. to site including all charges for machine mixing, hire charges of concrete mixer, laying concrete in position, curing etc., & lift charges, and overheads & contractors profit for septic tank bed, in sunken slabs for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of the work

Carting of Dismantling Material of Concrete Slabs & Concrete Items..etcwith a Extra Lead of 1.00KM including Loading and Unloading and Conveyance Charges For Machinery per Kilomater for Transporting Materials by Tippers and Trucks Excluding Loading Unloading And Ideal Hire Charges of Machinery and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of the work

Conveyance of Carting away the surplus excavated material i.e., Earth, sand, gravel, murrm, lime, surkhi from the site to a suitable distance of about 3 kms including loading, unloading, conveyance, labour charges, all leads and lifts and other incidental and operational charges etc., and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of the work
