OD1924/2026-2027:Providing corrugate G.I./ Aluminium tile profile roofing sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on verlapping of sheets complete ( up to any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and Shape wherever required. 1.00 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2 Based on data 12.1.1 Considering a roof with each sloping side 18.09 x 5.10 m and the slope being flatter than 1 vertical to 2.5 horizontal. Area of roof = 2x18.09x5.1 = 184.518 sqm MATERIAL: C.G.S. sheets 2x27 = 54 Nos. of size 2.5x 0.9 metre @ 19.35 kg each = 1044.90 kg. 2x27 = 54 Nos. of size [email protected] kg each = 1170.18 kg Total = 2215.08 kg.+ Add 5% Wastage = 110.75 kg. OD1960/2026-2027:PPGL roofing sheets conforming to IS 15965:2012, trapezoidal profile, made from pre-painted galvalume steel with minimum AZ150 (150 GSM) coating, 0.60 mm base metal thickness (BMT), tensile strength 550 MPa, coated with Regular Modified Polyester (RMP) paint system with 20-25 microns top coat and 7-10 microns bottom coat, having overall width 1100 mm and effective cover width 1000 mm (accounting for side lap of one corrugation), pitch 200 mm, supplied in required lengths without end laps, and fixed with self-drilling screws with EPDM washers, including all necessary accessories, complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

OD1963/2026-2027:Providing and fixing ridge capping fabricated from 0.60 mm base metal thickness (BMT) PPGL sheet conforming to IS 15965:2012, made from pre-painted galvalume steel with minimum AZ150 (150 GSM) coating, tensile strength 550 MPa, coated with Regular Modified Polyester (RMP) paint system with 20-25 microns top coat and 7-10 icrons bottom coat, having developed width 500-600 mm, formed to required profile, fixed with self-drilling screws with EPDM washers including necessary overlaps, sealing, utting and bending, complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Details of cost for 28.40 metre MATERIAL: one piece plain ridges Consider a shed of 28.4x9.4 m (external dimensions).

50.12.2.1:Providing & fixing Poly carbonate corrugated sheet 0.8 mm thick as approved by the Engineer in charge and should be supplied in a single length of 12 M or as decide by the Engineer in charge. The sheets shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screw of size (5.5x55 mm) with EPDM seal complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical/ curved surface, but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses, and including cutting to size shapes where ever required.
