Excavation in drains and channels etc. in earth work for pipes upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work jumper work saturated soil including bailing or pumping out water , blasting soft/hard rock or chiseling soft /hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including jungle clearance whereever required trimming & dressing of sides levelling of beds to correct graded including shoring/struting ,planking timbering & dewatering whereever required stacking the useable/unuseable material /soil separately & after laying jointing & testing of pipes returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm. layers including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/unuseable material as directed within all leads,lifts including restoration of unmetalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic ,night signals ,fixing caution boards crossing over trenches for success to houses ,fencing etc. complete in all respectsd within all leads,lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Prov. Laying , jointing ,Testing & commissioning at site in trenches belevelled ended MSERW Pipes of grade A confirming to IS/ISO 3183-2007 ,having wall thickness & per Rmt.weight as mentioned below & capable of withstanding required test pressure as prescribed in BIS code, in random lengths of 5.5 to 6.5 Mtr. The pipes ends shall bevelled suitable for Butt welding ,including the cost of jointing with butt welding confirming to IS 816-1969 or latest as applicable ends with upto date ammendments(leak proof) in three layers at site of work with welding rods of standard make & all allied accessories whatever required for werlding at site, tail pieces, tees, bends & other specials manufactured from parent pipes as applicable to the particular reach & of approved specification as per site conditions and cutting of pipes whereever required as per site requirement including carriage in all leads,lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.The pipes shall 's have zinc coating in side and out side confirming to IS 4736-1986 or latest with upto date ammendments and shall be engaved with Grade A . The laying shall confirm to BIS 5822-1970 or latest with upto date ammendments to the entire satisfaction o the Engineer-in-charge.(Earth work shall be measured & paid seperately)

Dismentalling of old MSERW Pipe 400mm dia outer dia 406.40mm MSERW pipe of grade YST--210 confirming to IS 1978-1982 and 4.80 mm dia thickness & weight 47.54 Kg./Mtr. Plain flanges of table No.5 confirming to IS 6392-1971 along with nuts and bolts of 1.5 Hindustan Ferrdo Ltd. Bombay confirming to IS 2712/Q bends of required degree (or any thickness) make out of parent pipe of the same dia painting with anti corrosive bitumen paint complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismentaling of existing AC pressure pipe of 400mm dia class-10 & CAD Join complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Progviding and fixing M.S plate flanges of 300 mm dia(Nominal bore) of following Flange Tables confirming to IS 6392-1971 or latest with upto date ammendments to MSERW pipes after every 90 metres or as per site requirehment including cutting of pipes wherever required welding in three layers (leak proof) confirming to specifications as prescribed in relevent IS code i.e.IS 816-1969 or latest as applicable with upto date ammendments with nuts bolts & washers & special etc confirming to IS -1963 or latest with upto date amhmendments including packing sheet i.e asbestos fibre sheet minimum 3mm thick and painting with anticorosive paints complete in all respect in all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
