SPECIAL REPAIR FOR CONVERSION OF HT OVERHEAD 11KV FEEDER TO UNDERGROUND CABLE FROM RASALA JUNCTION TO MH JODHPUR UNDER GE (ARMY) NO. 01

Supply and laying & testing cable XLPE installed screened PVC bedded, galvenised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) 11000 Voltts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 sqmm 3 core laid in trenches/ducts /encased in GI pipe /fixed to pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Contractor may be visit the site and location before quoting the rate and work has to be completed upto entire satishfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables, erection of poles, struts/stays, leveling of yard etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 m in depth for, erection of poles and not exceeding 3 m in depth and getting out hard/dence soil. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to underground cable screened un-washed sand and punning for cushioning to cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: For payment purpose only punned thickness will be measured.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm and abutting each other with gap between adjacent precast concrete cable cover not exceeding 10 mm over underground cables for protection. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of excavated soil not exc. 50 M and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 M above the starting points complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Auguring/ Driling /Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology by manual /machine, including fixing of pipe of 100 mm bore dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L of GI tubing Light grade (ISI marked) of sizes 100 mm dia with all fitting/accessories for protection of cable on pole/wall and under road crossing including clamps, nuts bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B -1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for pedestal of poles/copping including necessary form work ,fair finishing to exposed surfaces using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C -2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of pole /struts/stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size up to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of ACSR conductor from existing HT OH lines,care fully from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of PCC poles care fully from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix of Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size up to 95 sqmm complete form, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix cable path indicators made out of thick roughly hammer dressed stone slab size (30cm x 60 cm x 7.5cm ) with applying two coats of paint, marking of voltage and size of cable, route including necessary earth work and PCC work required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling insulators any type, any size,care fully from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix HT 11 KV, Triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, outdoor type gang opreated air-break switch suitable for horizontal/vertical mounting fixed type complete with 9 insulators of rating upto 200 Amps and including structural mild steel channel, angle iron, flat iron and brackets etc for fabrication of cross arm, bracings, supports, D-clamps, stiffenrs, eye hooks, bolts, pole clamps and plates including nuts, bolts and washers, welding cold or hot drilling holes for insulators bolts in any shape or size, and fabrication of 11 KV pole complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for prestressed cement concrete poles 11 M long of size 152 mm x152 mm at top and 152 mm x 260 mm at bottom class-9, conforming to relavent latest IS including refixing of connecting items complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge on site. Note : - (i) PCC Work, excavation and earthwork will be measured and paid separately under relevant item. (ii) Refixing of cross arms (Channels/angles) and insulators will be measured and paid seperately under respective item of schedule. (iii) The PCC pole shall be marked with manufacturer name, IS number, class and CG etc.(iv) Necessary Zebra painting to be carried out on the bottom of pole upto 1.5 Mtr and cost is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply and fix swing out expulsion fuse assembly single pole (drop out fuse) for 11000 Volts of cap. 100 Amps complete with MS channel, post insulators etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Fabrication of bus bar on four pole structure complete using ACSR conductor, jumpring all incomer and out going feeders and connecting GO and DO with suitable length ACSR conductor including any type of insulators complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge at site. Note :- (i) ACSR conductor, 11 KV Pin/Disc insulator , Nut, bolt and washer, all type of clamps of suitable size, binding material and aluminium lugs deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii) Channels/angle iron will be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

M&L for Fabrication of bus bar on two pole structure complete using ACSR conductor, jumpring all incomer and out going feeders and connecting GO and DO with suitable length ACSR conductor including any type of insulators complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge at site. Note :- (i) ACSR conductor, 11 KV Pin/Disc insulator , Nut, bolt and washer, all type of clamps of suitable size, binding material and aluminium lugs deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii) Channels/angle iron will be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Supplying, fabricating & fixing structural mild steel channel, angle iron, flat iron and brackets etc for fabrication of cross arms, bracings, supports, D-clamps, stiffeners, eye hooks, bolts, pole clamps and plates including nuts, bolts and washers, welding cold or hot drilling holes for insulators bolts in any shape or size, and complete as directed and inclusive of one red oxide prime coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of gap less metal oxide type Lightning Arrestor (LA), 11 KV grade discharge current 65 KA, distibution class conforming to IS-3070 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrodes 600mmx600mmx6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth (earth pit not less 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron earthing strip 32mm x6mm thick by means of bolt nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified & shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR part-I 2009 connected to earth test point as specified and testing on completion including provision of 40 mm dia light grade pipe up to 7.5 mtr length as protection & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade including all excavation & earth work in any type of strata incl PCC pit (1:3:6) type C-1 with RCC cover including charcoal , salt, funnel, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L of Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm buried in ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
