UPTO 1.5 TR. WINDOW A/C AND REFRIGERATOR

Bi-monthly servicing of 1.5 TR window a/c units including handling of units, cleaning of air filters within 15days and attending breakdown maintenance both at plant and colony, as per specifications of tender document.

Replacement of a/c compressor/Leak arresting and associated works including supply of refrigerant filter, capillary and refrigerant gas including charging of refrigerant. Compressor shall be supplied by dept. at free of cost.

Fresh Installation including cutting of wall, supply of Aluminium frame and packing, fixing of AC, plastering & painting work to make the wall as good as before & testing.

Installation without cutting of wall, supply of Aluminium frame and packing, fixing of AC, plastering & painting work to make the wall as good as before & testing.

Quarterly servicing of Refrigerators including handling of units and attending breakdown maintenance both at plant and colony, as per specifications of tender document.

Replacement of refrigerator compressor/Leak arresting and associated works including supply of refrigerant filter dryer, capillary and refrigerant(R22/R134/R600) including charging of refrigerant. Compressor shall be supplied by dept. at free of cost.

2 TR / 1.5 TR SPLIT A/C

Bi-monthly servicing of Split a/c units including handling of units, cleaning of air filters within 15days and attending breakdown maintenance both at plant and colony, as per specifications of tender document.

Replacement of compressor/Leak arresting and associated works including supply of refrigerant filter, capillary and refrigerant including charging of refrigerant. Compressor shall be supplied by dept. at free of cost.

Fresh Installation including cutting of wall, fixing of Split AC, plastering & painting work to make the wall as good as before & testing.

WATER COOLER

Monthly servicing of water cooler including cleaning of tank inside and out side once in 15 Days and attending breakdown maintenance both at colony and plant site as per specifications of tender document.

Replacement and installation of compressor/ leak arresting of refrigerant and associated works including supply of refrigerant filter, capillary, refrigerant, and charging of gas. Compressor shall be supplied by dept. at free of cost.

Supply and fixing of High density nitrile rubber thermal insulation tube/ centrally cut of thickness 1 cm for suction and discharge copper tube upto size from 1/4" to 5/8" along with fixing of 3M Duct tape, Silver, Model: 3939 ( 3M Duct tape supply is in contractor's scope)

Supply and installation of following suitable new spares parts in upto 1.5 TR window Acs / Upto 60 liters per hour water coolers as when required.

Fan motor including capacitor(metal, oil filled) and fixing clamps suitable for 1.5TR window ac, 230 V, 1- Ph, 50Hz as when required. Nominal wattage: 100W

Compressor of following specifications for 1.5T window AC: Make and model: Techumseh AW1500 or as per sample Reciprocating type

Fan blade with outer ring, 5 wing, ellen key tight of condenser for window a/c as per requirement for assembled AC

Fan blade with outer ring, 5 wing, ellen key tight of Condenser for window a/c as per requirement for Spencer make, blade should be metallic

Fan blade with outer ring, 5 wing, ellen key tight of Condenser for window a/c as per requirement for Arco make, blade should be metallic

Cooling air blower for Window a/c without motor as per requirement

OEM Air filter Synthetic type for window a/c for Godrej 5034 1.5T / as per sample

Topping up in Split a/c or refrigerator of R-22/R-32/ R-134/R-600 (as when required).

Louver motor for window AC. Make: Mukund/ Annapurna

Universal remote control for Window AC of make Voltas/ Godrej

Compressor reciprocating type for Watercooler as per sample .

Fan motor for water cooler including capacitor(metal, oil filled) and fixing clamps, 230 V, 1- Ph, 50Hz as when required. Nominal wattage: 35W

Fan motor with metal fan blade for water cooler as per sample

PTC strating relay with overload for water cooler as per sample

Indoor unit (for replacement of indoor unit of 1.5T split AC), BEE 3 star, evaporator of copper tubing, indoor motor of copper winding and double ball bearing. Provision of remote control unit and temperature display LCD/LED(both set and measured temperatures) shall be present. Remote control with LCD screen shall also be supplied.

Outdoor fan motor of copper winding and double ball bearing including capacitor(metal, oil filled) and fixing clamps as per sample for split AC. Nominal Wattage: 75W
