Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in roofs, floors , beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) including removing of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed (Note : (i) The demolished concrete debris of sump slab fallen in side the sump to be removed from bottom of sump floor i.e from a depth of 4.0 Mts below ground level & deposited out side MD land . (ii) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive for the same).

Providing plain cement concrete Type B1 1:2 :4 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry),string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts , boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin). corbels, brackets,etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. complete all as directed. (Note: Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of form work).

M&L pre-cast PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded granite aggregate) as in block masonry with factory made solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound (ISI Marked)of Make : CICO , Acco Proof , Impermo , Aqua flex as approved.

S & F Mild steel work in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand rail straight portion, drilled and counter sunk for balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc., wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shapes as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work confirming to Fe 290 Gde E-165.

S & F Framed work as in doors or gates of Hot dipped galvanised ( 80 microns as per IS 4759 ) mild steel angle or other sections with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc, to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fitting (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-410W (Gde-E-250) quality 'B' complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F factory Rolled Hot dipped galvanised ( 80 microns as per IS 4759 ) Mild Steel sections confirming to Fe 410 - W (Gde - E - 2560) Quality - B as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates

S & F factory Rolled Hot dipped galvanised ( 80 microns as per IS 4759 ) Mild Steel Plates (plain or Chequered) channels, square cut or notched, forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment confirming to Fe 410 - W (Gde -E-250) quality B

S&F factory Hot dipped galvanised ( 80 microns as per IS 4759 ) Mild steel work in framed work such as grills, Framed guard bars, gratings, ladders etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes, and similar work.

S&F pre-painted galvalume (zincalume) aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/ridges fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S & F 1.25 mm thick Galvanized Iron sheet with grade of coating 450 in wall cladding, steel gates, etc., cut to size, holes punched including fixing to MS clamps with necessary bolts and nuts as directed.

M&L for Turbo air vents of throat dia 600mm, body dia of 750mm, with blades(of anodosid alumonium with thickness of 0.4 to 0.8mm crimped ), shaft and tube made of zinc coated steel, rivets made of aluminium, Galvanised inner top cover of 0.5mm thick and Aluminium zinc coated steel outer top cover of 0.35 thick complete all as per mfr instructions

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement conctere 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection/ flooring/hard standing as ordered finished the surface fair and even complete all as directed.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on brick masonry or concrete surface concrete surface mixed with WPC @ the weight of minimum 3% by weight of cement mixed or as per manufacturer instruction and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC measured and paid separately.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick masonry or concrete surface , finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as directed.
