Handling, laying, providing and fitting of 150 mm dia, 4.5 mm thick ERW ISI marked pipe as per IS code 3589:2001 for connecting the delivery side of horizontal type submersible pumping unit to be installed in Pohru Nallah with the existing rising main at LIS Gonipora Village. The delivery side of submersible pump is oriented vertically upwards having ND of 150mm. The job includes fabrication of following items out of 150mm MS pipe strictly as per site requirement and directions of site incharge for successful installation/connecting/aligning of delivery side of submersible pump to existing rising main. a. MS Offsets(as per site requirement for alignment). b.MS long radius bend (01 no). c. tail pieces (02 no). d.dismantling joints (01 no). Any modification to above work shall be in scope of job. The job includes cost on account of oxyacetylene gas cutter, welding charges, transporation, minor excavation and labour charges for successsful execution of job at site.The pipe shall be provided with two coats of anti-corrosive paint. Any modification required at site for fitting of reflux valve to the rising main is included in the job. Furthermore nuts, bolts, rubber insertions etc are included in the job. The job also includes testing of the said reflux valve on full load.
