Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches , including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m. :

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering.

P/L cement concrete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position all complete.

G.I. chain link fabric fencing with G.I. wire of dia 4 mm

Applying priming coat on steel work.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

Providing, Installing, Testing and Commissioning of'Silent Type' Diesel Generating set having Prime Power Rating of 625 KVA, 415 volts, 50 Hz at 1500 RPM, 0.8 lagging power factor , three phase system & for 0.85 Load Factor with standard control panel andcopper control cable from DG to AMF Panel and consisting of the followings: a) Diesel Engine: Diesel engine 4 Stroke Water Cooled, electric start, of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM suitable for above output of alternator at 40 Degree C, 50%RH & at 1000 Meter MSL and conforming to BS 5514,BS 649, IS 10000, capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation. The engine will be fitted complete with all the required accessories.

b) Engine mounted Instrument Panel fitted with and having digital display for following: i) Start-stop switch with key ii) Water temperature indication iii) Lubrication oil pressure indication iv) Battery charging indication v) RPM indication vi) Over speed indication vii) Low lub. Oil trip indication viii) Engine Hours indication

c) Alternator: Synchronous alternator rated at 500 KVA, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, three phase 50 Hz, AC supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at 40 Degree C,50% RH & at 1000 Meter MSL. The alternator shall be having SPDP enclosure, brushless, continuous duty, self-excited and self-regulated through AVR conforming to IS: 4722/BS 2613 suitable for tropical conditions and with c1ass-F/H insulation.

d) Base Frame & Foundation: Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of M.S Channel with necessary reinforcement which shall be installed on suitable cement concrete foundation and vibration isolation arrangement as per recommendations of manufacturer.

h) Acoustic and weather proof enclosure with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine & alternator, extraction, discharging hot air in to the atmosphere as per CPWD specification and norms of CPCB-II sound proofing done with help of high quality rock wool is further covered with fiberglass sheet and perforated powder coated sheet or as per OEM Standard design

Supplying and fixing additional exhaust gas piping of 250 mm Welded black MS, C class pipe conforming to IS : 3589 cut to required lengths and installed with necessary bends and clamps, anti- vibration mountings, insulation of exhaust system with Rockwool, 50 mm thick wire mesh & aluminum cladding, below etc., as required as per specifications.(The item shall be measured on linear basis per each run of exhaust piping from outlet of silencer to end of exhaust piping)

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Outdoor Heat Exchange Pump Unit for heating and cooling swimming pool from an outdoor air temprature upto -7°C . Extremly Silent, made in metal with Titanium Heat Excahngers, Flowswitch, Defrost by Cycle Inversion (4 Way Valve), Water PumpControl and Electronic controller with LCD panel. Output 210 kW, Input - 46.3 kW.with 4 Nos of Rotary compressors , Vertical exhaust fan direction . Input/ Output water connections of 110mm dia PVC Type with water flow of 40m3/hour. Maximum capacity of pool temprature shall be 32°C, Optimised at 28°C.Initial Heating time required shall be Un-interrupted 72 hours.
