Supply and fixing in repair of second class hard wood in scantlings framed & fixed to replace old and decayed timber (including piecing, scarfing, etc., of old and new timbers if required) and removing defective portions complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description in steel trusses, purlins, roof railings etc complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc) sheets any pattern in roof covering in patches etc of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick average thickness PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course / padding over roof surface with & including water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement, surface to be finished even & smooth with using extra cement to receive APP membrane including cleaning the roof top surface , brick tiles or concrete surfaces by picking vegetation roots, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and filling the damaged joints of brick tiles in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for APP polymeric water proofing treatement to roof using membrane minimum 3 mm thick and weighting not less than 3.6 kg/sqm , black finish reinforced with non-woven polyster matt (Weight not less than 150 gms/Sqm) with thermo fusible finish laid by force application after applying compatible bitumen primer at the rate of 0.40 Ltr per Sqm, by the same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/ltr at 25' C temprature and viscosity 70-160 cps over the primer coat, torching over laps with a propane or butane gas torch with a over lap of 100 mm at the side and 150 mm at the ends and sealing including a tack coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm below APP complete all as specified and directed. NOTES : - (i) The water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators duly approved by GE in writing. (ii) 5% amount of the total amount of water proofing treatment shall be retained as a guarantee and shall be released after 10 years. However contractor may deposit the FDR of same amount in favour of GE. If contractor fail to rectify the defect pointed out during this period in writing, the defect shall be got rectified at contractor' risk and cost and the payment shall be made from the amount kept reserved or by encashing the FDR deposited by the contractor as guarantee. Contractor's quoted rate for this item shall deemed to be inclusive of this aspect.

Material and labour for a coat of heat resisting painting to surfaces of any description wood, steel, iron, concrete, brick, stone, APP surface etc, exceeding 10cm in width or girth including preparation of APP surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast PCC plain factory made tiles, ISI marked, 22 mm thick, of size 250 mm x 250 mm, machine pressed and cut polished and set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and fabricated using grey cement & no pigments. over and including 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:3) bedding and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with and including integral liquid water proofing compound over roof surfaces including dismantling existing brick or any type tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate ) as in roof kerbs or mud stops and the like, rounded or chamfered on edges complete including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing of pre-painted galvalume, aluminuim zinc coating, GI based corrugated steel sheet, 0.50mm thick, conforming to IS-15961, of approved colour by GE, having tensile strength of 550 MPa, as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including taking down of old AC/CGI etc sheets of any descriptions as existing on site complete all as specified and as directed. Note- The sheets shall have super durable polyester quality paint of approved colour, 150 gm/sqm total on both sides, suitable for exterior application conforming to IS-15965.

Supply and fixing of 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc. fixed with -type or screws J type or cranked hook bolts including washers etc in patches complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per Srl item No 11.00 but except sheets. Note:- Old serviceable sheets obtained from dismantling shall be reused.

Supply and fixing of asbestos cement two piece adjustable plain wing ridge 6mm thick fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts including washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of mild steel, rolled sections as in main or cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlin where connected to comman rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to grade Fe-410(Gde 250), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of mild steel, framed work such as grills, grating etc with end of bars shouldered and/ or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railing framed work of water tanks and similar work including pintal hinges, stops hand made sliding bolts etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated wooden surfaces of any description, not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc of any thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) to ceiling surface and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement with and including two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primrer on ceiling complete all specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on surface of any description of brick or concrete and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of old brick masonry built in cement mortar of any description including all quoins, archs, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' (old size) bricks, straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Brick work (except bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in CM 1:6 (old size brick) complete all as specified and directed. Note: old bricks obtained from demolition shall be re used. The rate quoted against this item is inclusive of necessary cleaning and stacking of bricks before incorporation in the work.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from existing water storage tanks of capacity exceeding 250 litres and not exceeding 500 litres by emptying, drying and cleaning the tank by scrubbing the dust with wire brush from tank including cleaning from mouths of circulating pipes, to entire satisfaction of Engr-in–charge of cleaning, including writing date of cleaning with oil paint of of visible colour in font size not less than 100 mm high complete all as specified and directed. (The rates includes for disconnecting of existing water tank, lowering if required and hoisting, reconnecting and refixing in same position after cleaning ) NOTE: - (i) The whole process of disconnecting, reconnecting and refixing in same position after cleaning shall be done on the same day, if failing so, Rs. 100/- shall be deducted for each tank per day from the contractor due. (ii) A separate register to be maintained by contractor for cleaning and occupant signature with date to be obtained in it.

Supply and fixing of water storage tank of 500 ltr capacity, HDPE triple layer, cylindrical, vertical with closed top and FDA approved, 100% UA stabilized, rust proof, ISI marked, fixed and hoisted in position on staging or roof complete with locking arrangement including over flow pipe, air lock pipe, brass valve 20 mm high pressure with polythene float and flynut, ISI marked, screwed and suitable for iron pipe 20 mm bore complete including dismantling/ taking out of old water tank & removing from site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Make of tank shall be engraved on the tank.

Supply and fixing of water storage tank of 1000 ltr capacity, HDPE triple layer, cylindrical, vertical with closed top and FDA approved, 100% UA stabilized, rust proof, ISI marked, fixed and hoisted in position on staging or roof complete with locking arrangement including over flow pipe, air lock pipe, brass valve 20 mm high pressure with polythene float and flynut, ISI marked, screwed and suitable for iron pipe 20 mm bore complete including dismantling/ taking out of old water tank & removing from site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Make of tank shall be engraved on the tank.

Supply and fixing of semi perforated false ceiling 12 mm thick with micro tegular edged at all height with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, design and pattern having moisutre content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC 0.60 to 0.85 as per IS 8225-1987, non combustible as per BS 476 (Part-4) 1970 and light code description unit code No 429 Sub Head 26. New Technologies and materials reflectance of 85% minimum to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T -grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33 mm thick ( galvanised @ 120 gms/ sqm including both sides) comprising of main T- runners of size 15x 32mm of length 3000mm, cross T of size 15 x32 mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600 mm to from grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended form ceiliing using galvanised mild steel items (Galvanised @ 80 gm/sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fastners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000mm length and L shape level adjuster of size 85 x 25 x 2mm. galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24 x 24 x 0.4 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on perimeter wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre and 40 mm long dry wall SS screws. The work shall be carried out as per specification, drawing and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including dismantling existing asbestos/PVC/ metal / Gysum sheet false ceiling textile coverings including frames (if any) and cover fillets complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : - Unit rate quoted against this item shall also includes taking down and refixing the same of any electrical board, switch, sockets, light and fittings, fans etc after carrying out necessary relevant work and making good to match with existing surface effected for this area etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for re-securing/ adjusting existing false ceiling grid any type and making required tightning to remove sag portion/ depression in false ceiling grid including replacement of missing sections / suspenders etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of missing / damaged perforated ceiling boards in existing grid as per existing size & shade required on front face etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with stack clamps, 50 mm by 5 mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts including dismantling existing pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bend including jointing with solvent cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on surface of walls by using appropriate technique as approved by Engineer-in- Charge for complete removal of all layers of treatment and reaching upto old plastered surface and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorative surface of wall including washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying one coat of oil emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorative surface of ceilings including washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying one coat of OBD on ceilings complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old wood and wooden based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint with approved shade complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing, cement concrete Type 1:2:4 B0 (20mm graded aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of MS as in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of bitumen joint filler board 25 mm thick manufactured from water resistant, bitumen impregnated, cane fiber and fixed in crumple joint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exceeding 1 sqm and not exceeding 2 Sqm each and refixing in same opening after easing and adjusting etc complete all as specified and directed.
