500mm2 ACSR Moose Conductor (a)Aluminium =54/3.53 mm (b) Steel= 7/3.53 mm overall diameter =31.77mm Approx. Wt. =1998 kg/km ultimate strength = 159.60 KN
Single Tension Fittings For Twin 500 mm2 ACSR shall have minimum failing load of 100% ultimate strength of Bundle conductors with compressive type Tension clamps having slipping strength 95% of ultimate Strength of conductors. The ball and socket designation must be 20mm. Minimum Ultimate strength (Tensile strength) shall be 70 KN.
Single Suspension Fittings For Twin 500mm2 conductor shall have minimum failing load of 50% ultimate strength of bundle conductors with Forged Steel Hanger free center type without bolt only having slipping strength 15% of ultimate strength of conductor.The ball and socket designation must be 20mm.
T Clamps Twin 500mm2 / Twin 500mm2 , made of Alluminium Alloy and shall comply in all respects with IS:5561-1970 (latest edition)
Marshalling kiosk with Kiosk frames mild steel structural sections for pressed and shaped cold-rolled sheet steel, thickness not less than 2.0 mm. Frames shall be enclosed in cold-rolled sheet steel of thickness not less than 1.6 mm. Doors and covers shall also be cold rolled sheet steel of thickness not less than 1.6 mm. complete structures shall be rigid, self-supporting, free from flows, twists and bends. Dust and vermin proof construction and shall be provided with a degree of protection of IP: 55, with Copper Bar earthing. Finishing paint on panels shall be of shade 692 (smoke grey) of IS: 5. The inside shall be properly stoved. The paint thickness shall be at least 50 microns.

Spacers For Twin 500mm2 must be one-piece construction of aluminum alloy of an approved type without any projection, cuts, abrasions etc. or chattering parts and shall conform to IS:10162
100 KVA Servo stabliser 3-Phase, 4-Wire copper wound, indoor type, input voltage range 220-460 V, output 400V+1%, in two parts of oil cooled and air cooled having Digital control , Response time< 10 ms, Automatic switch-off against under/over voltage , over Load and short circuit , Single Phasing, Class-C type secondary surge protection including power cable 85 Sqmm, 3.5 Core alumunium Cable.

(C) Dismantling of various old equipments spared after erection and commissioning of new equipments, their safe handling, Including provision for temporary charging of existing 20 MVA dismantled Transformer to avoid any interruptions in power supply, dragging, loading at site, its transportation, unloading either at divisional / site store or as per the instructions of Engineer incharge.
20 MVA 132/33 KV Power transformer including its all accessories and oil ( oil to be shifted in separate barrels for easy transportation including its temporary charging to avoid interruptions in power supply or as per the directions of Engineer In-charge (complete job).
Dismantling of existing 20 MVA Power Transformer foundation including disposal of the same outside the premises of GSS Pattan or as per the directions of Engineer in-charge.
Dismantling of 132 KV and 33 KV old equipments alongwith their fittings, cables, conductor etc ( to be replaced ) complete job
Dismantling of 132 KV old BOCB Foundations alongwith disposal of the material outside Grid Station Premises or as per the directions of the Engineer-In Charge ( 2 Cum X 18 No.= 36 CUM) complete job
(D) Civil Works including Design, Geo-Technical Soil Investigation, Supply, Execution/Laying of 80 MVA Power Transformer foundation and prepration of drawings.
(D) LAYING OF 80 MVA POWER TRANSFORMER FOUNDATION.
Excavation in all type of soils including mixed soils (i.e. soils containing pebbles/boulders etc.) for any section including all labour, POL, hire charges of equipments and T&Ps etc. including sheeting & shoring, dewatering, lifting, handling and stock piling of excavated materials, back filling with excavated or borrowed earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed for all leads & lifts complete as per specification, construction drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Plain cement concrete of specified grade and strength conforming to IS: 456 placed as sub-base under structural concrete or as shown in approved construction drawings at all levels including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of equipments and T&P, POL, shuttering etc complete for handling, transportation, batching, mixing, placing, vibrating, compacting, leveling, curing etc. as per specification, construction drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Concrete of M-10 grade having cube strength of 7.5 N / mm2 with 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate.
Concrete of M-15 grade having cube strength of 15 N / mm2 with 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate.
Structural cement concrete ( plain/ reinforced) of specified 28 days strength (nominal size of coarse aggregate 20 mm) at all levels, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of equipments and T&P, POL, shuttering, curing, etc complete for handling, transportation, batching, mixing, placing, vibrating, and rendering, cleaning and finishing the exposed over ground surfaces with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) to give smooth and even surface, stub setting, fixing of foundation bolts ( as applicable) but excluding the cost of reinforcement complete as per specification, construction drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Concrete of M-20 grade having cube strength of 20 N / mm2 with 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate.
Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. Bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6.
Cement Plaster 15 mm in 1:4 Mix.
High yield strength cold deformed steel reinforcement bars conforming to IS: 1786 for R.C.C. or any other work including the cost of all materials, binding wire, labour, hire charges of equipments and T&P, bending, binding, placing and tieing in position, POL etc. complete as per specification, construction drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charges.
Supply and installation of broad gauge rails MS Rail 90 LB including fixing on RCC pedestal for transformer foundation as per drawings/design approved.
