[1] D.D. for Tender Fee.

[2] FDR for EMD (Minimum for 180 days) as mentioned above.

[3] Certified copy of Income Tax PAN Card.

[4] Solvency Certificate of Scheduled/ Nationalized Bank for current calendar Year (2026)

(Minimum 20 Percentage of amount put to tender).

[5] Latest valid license of Electrical Contractor issued by the IMP Department. (EPD Dept GOG)

[6] Valid Registration Certificate in appropriate class (E2 or Above)

[7] Form 3A of one similar work completed in last Five years for an amount Not less than

Percentage of Amount put to tender. Similar work means having an experience of

Temporary Sound Work

[8] The bidders should have GST registration. (Certified copy of registration).

[9] Agency has to submit undertaking that it is not blacklisted by any government

department of Gujarat or any other state.

[10] Scanned copy of all the Documents must have to be submitted online.

[11] The work experience of many works clubbed together such as annual rate contract

work, election works, will not be considered. Sublet work experience will not be

considered. The experience certificates in form 3(A) issued by Event Management

company or private organization will not be considered.

[12] Price bid will be opened for those agencies who quality pre-qualification criteria.

[13] For any dispute subject to Porbandar District jurisdiction.

[14] The bidders who do not furnish full details and all the documents as listed above or furnish

incomplete or insufficient details or documents will be treated as non-responsive & their

price bid will not be opened.
