REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF SERVICES TO DG SETS NON CLOGGING SEWAGE PUMP SETS CONTROL STARTER PANELS AND OTHER ALLIED MISC WORKS AT MIL STN DHRANGADHRA

Disconnection of existing pipe connections and electrical connections, de-watering and lifting up the Non cloging type submersible pumps 12.5 HP from UG sewage sump of 10.7 mtr deep carefully and transporting to workshop for repair and bringing back at site after repair and lowering the same including making the water and electric connection including commissioning and testing complete. Note :- (i) Repair of submursible pump and pump motor shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of this schedule. (ii) T&P shall be arranged by the contractor. (iii) Transportation of pump set from site to workshop and bringing back at site inclusive in quoted rate.

De-assembling of electric motor of 12.5 HP of Non cloging submersible pump set cutting and removing the existing burnt winding wire of any gauge, cleaning and making good the slots, rewinding the electric motor with PVC insulated copper wire of existing size/gauge and weight application of insulating material & varnishing and re-assembling the motor, commissioning & testing complete for the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge all as specified and directed.

De-assembling of Non-clogging submersible pump of 12.5 HP capacity and replacement of Mechanical seal

M&L for replacing of Lower Bearing/bushings

M&L for replacing of O Ring

Repair to Star delta starter any type /make capacity 12.5 HP including replacement of U/S parts sch as over load relay/contacter/single phase preventer and wiring as required to made the starter serviceable condition(Note : Spare parts shall be measured and paid separatly )

M&L for cleaning of underground RCC sewage sump of 16 Mtrs deep, 12 Mtrs internal dia, de-watering, taking out sludge/mud from the sump, rubbing, scraping all around vertical walls, floor, cleaning with fresh water, applying two coat of white wash of internal surfaces and outer exposed sufaces of wall and floor, including thrown away the sludge/mud out side of the MD land (as directed), complete all as specified and as directed. Note- All T&P and safety measure kit for deployed workers shall be arranged by the contractor. No extra payment shall be made by the Department

Taking out existing damaged pipe from Sewage pump house and Supply & fix PVC flexible heavy duty hose pipe 100 mm outer dia including necessary fittings compleate

Supply and fix automatic voltage regulator upto 63 KVA DG set complete as per existing DG sets all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair automatic voltage regulator 100 to 200 KVA DG set complete as per existing DG sets all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fix Rotating rectifire Assambly 30 to 63 KVA DG set complete as per existing DG sets all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fix Rotating rectifire Assambly 100 to 200 KVA DG set complete as per existing DG sets all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old painted iron rolling setters/panels by synthetic enamel (ordenary tin) paint over finished surfaces including repair oiling & greasing of setters for smooth functioning.

Taking out existing damaged flexible pipe from suction sweeper pumps and Supply & fix PVC flexble hose pipe 50mm oute dia including necessary jubli clamp.

Supply and fix nylon rope of size 20 mm dia multi stranded super flexible type and all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply of calcium based, calcium hypo cloride,white to off white free flowing granular chlorination chemical having 65%-70% chlorine content, (calcium based granular disinfectant for water treatment drinking water ) complete all as specified and directed Make:- SREE RAYALASEEMA/ Declibac technologies Pvt. Ltd. or equivalent as approved by GE.

Maintenance and servicing of DG sets including attending faults on call basis/requirement for normal repairs including replacement of defective & worn out parts by new spares such as filters, gaskets, V belts, Engine oil, rubber hoses, worm drive clamps, nut bolts and cleaning of alternator with vaccum cleaner and attending faults of AMF panels etc and greasing of bearings of engine and alternator, checking of batteries, adding distilled water, checking of oil and coolant levels as directed by Engineer-in Charge. (Note : 1) Spares required for above maintenance will be measured and paid separately under relevant item/parts Note : 2) Servicing to be carried out as per manufacturer instruction )
