M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Returning & filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering & well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance exceeding 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing where as directed complete all as specified

M&L RCC M-25 design mix using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC M-25 design mix using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in providing precast reinforced cement concrete M-25 design mix using 20mm graded stone agg. as in drain cover slab incl necessary formwork and set in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for flat rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work for fair finished of surface including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter for fair finished surfaces. complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas (Manual excavation) n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation (Manual excavation) n. exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Add to (or deduct from) item No 12 for every 3 cm or part thereof above or below 15 cm average depth complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point.complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolling and consolidating of formation surfaces with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 300 mm thick Hardcore of broken stone or boulders of guage exc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick each layer, watered and rolled with 8 to 12 ton power roller to a true surface to required gradient and camber as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 250 mm thick (compacted thickness) PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of road/hardstanding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 250mm thick PCC M-25 (Design mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in topping layer of PCC road and hardstanding casted in panels including all necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

Finishing surfaces of concrete road,pavements by brooming while the concrete is still green complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for Forming 20mm thick Expansion joints in 250mm thick PCC slab & filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide and filled by sealing compound grade 'A complete' all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming Construction joints 30 mm deep x 10mm wide by sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers not exc 30 cm thick; watering, ramming /rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc, not exc 1.5 m high from base as in berms of road (using earth obtained from item No. 4 and 14 of BOQ here-in-before. compelete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (PCC) of any description and in any position in pavings / floors not otherwise specifically provided for including removal of spoils out side the defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quions,arches, pillars,etc,but excluding precast cement articles complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position (reinforce-ment cut as required to facilitate demolition) all as specified and directed.
