Cement Concrete (1:2.5:5) - Grade M15 using 20 mm ( 0.54 cum) and 12 mm (0.36cum) nominal size hard broken granite crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well compacted including curing, ,machine mixing, Centering charges, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete. Note: Measurement boxes shall be used for measuring the quantities of cement, aggregate and water required for the given concrete mix.

Providing High Yield Strength deformed (HYSD) / Thermo mechancially treated (TMT) steel bars below 36mm of Fe 500/Fe-500D grade (as per IS 1786 - 2008) of different diameters for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars including all wastages such as over laps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors. Note: Unless otherwise fabrication and placement of steel, no pre-payment shall be made against the supply of steel reinforcement.

Supply and placing of the M20 Design Mix using of 10mm HBG crushed metal 0.48 0cum, 6 mm HBG Crushed metal 0.320 cum, sand 0.400 cum and cement 350 Kg with water cement ratio of 0.53 (185.50 ltrs/cu.m of CC) etc., from any source confirming to the relevant ISI standard including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, vibrating, laying concrete, curing etc., complete with minimum cement content as per IS code from standard suppliers approved by the department but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges,including cost of centering and shuttering charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402) - Note:-Measurement boxes shall be used for measuring the quantites of cement, aggregate and water required for the given concrete mix if mixing is done by volume mixing.

Labour charges for Polishing the Shahabad / Cuddapah slab /Bethamcherla / Macherla / Marble slab flooring and skirting for double coat using carborandum stones to have an even shade and granolithick finish and finally applying Oxalic acid wash,wax polishing including hire and operational charges of machine and conveyance of all materials required for the work etc., complete.

Providing impervious coat to exposed RCC roof slab surface with CM (1:3), 20mm thick with 500 ml of liquid concentrated micronized cement water proof compound / 100 ml of integral cement water proofing admixture complies with IS:2645-2003 approved make per 50 kg bag of cement laid over roof when it is green including cost of all materials, conveyance charges of materials and all operational, incidental and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, rendering smooth and thread lining, curing, rounding off junctions of wall and slab etc., complete for finished item.

Painting two coats for old internal walls with Acrylic Emulsion paint interior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 .

Painting two coats for old external walls with Acrylic Exterior Emulsion paint exterior grade with silicon additives having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911.

Providing and applying wall putty for old internal and external walls of white cement or polymer or cement based putty of approved/standard make with average 1 to 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, applying emery paper, sand the surface, clean & wipe off loose dust, applying knifing paste filler by putty knife / muslin pad, air dry for 2-3 hrs sand with 180 and 320 No., emery paper for the surface preparation including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work, excluding scaffolding charges - for internal and external walls.

Supply & fixing of Rolling shutter made of 80 x 1.25 mm machine rolled CRCA laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the ends by end-locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft of 50mm dia nominal bore MS B class pipe with brackets, plates, guide channels, stoppers, bottom locking plates and arrangements for inside & outside locking with push-pull operations including cost of hood cover and springs complete, painted with one coat of approved steel primer, locks, ball bearings, all accessories etc complete for finished item of work as per special spn: 1108

Labour required for various miscellaneous works as and when arise during the execution of the work.

Supply of M.S. Tubes & Pipes of all diameters as per IS-1161.(TATA / SAIL / VSP / JINDAL) including painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint in all shades grade-I over a primary coat with red oxide metal primer paint (Total Three coats),including labour charges for fabrication all heavy steel works like Trusses,stanchions, heavy beams and girders including cost of welding rods,power charges etc., and fixing of MS tubes & pipes.(TATA / SAIL / VSP / JINDAL) shall be used. Note:- If any size is not available in the above makes then only the Executive Engineer shall alone specifically permit on paper the usage of APOLLO Brand to that extent.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed windows / ventilators comprising of uPVC multi chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinfoced with 1.60± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion(if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant overbacker rod of required size and of approved quality,all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge inclusive of cost of Single / double glass panes and silicon sealant.

Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth &width of profile shall be acceptable.Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted. But, no extra payment on this account shall be made.glass panes and silicon sealant. Fixed windows / Ventilators made of (small series) frame 47 x 50mm & mullion 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ±0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension.

Flooring with Chequerred cement concrete heavy duty tiles confirming to IS:13801 using aggregates, cement, pigments of size 300 X 300 X 25 mm thickness of any shades set over base coat of cement mortar (1:6) 20 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 kgs per sq.m & jointed with neat cement to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade including cost & conveyance of all materials, etc., complete for finished item of work. (Note: Unless otherwise laying of flooring is finished, no pre-payment shall be made for the tiles against supply)

Supply of Roof Accessories medium size: Ridge, Barge Cap, Corner Trim, LFlashing, Down Pipes, Gutter etc., with 0.50mm thick, Width: 0.585, Length: Maximum 2½ Meters
