Repair to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area up to 2.5 SQM including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints, preparing and plastering the wall surface etc. complete, including disposal of rubbish at unobjectionable area outside Ownder's premises, all complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge :

With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

White washing with lime to give an even shade :

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Old work (two or more coats)

Painting of Doors and Wardrobe:- Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade

One or more coats on old work

Painting (one or more coats) on rain water, soil, waste and vent pipes and fittings with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture and required colour on old work :

Painting of existing structural steel with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red Oxide Zinc Phosphate primer of required shade on old work to give an even shade including scrapping the surface

Interior Painting:- Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.

Exterior painting:- Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

Water proofing work over Control Room Building at MPPL-KSPL PS Sidhpur

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. [Notes: (1) Dismantling shall be allowed during day shift only & prior permission for the same shall be obtained. (2) Providing of necessary covers/ barricades around the work area shall be done prior to dismantling operations.]

Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (including equivalent design mix)

Disposal of moorum/ building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to designated location/ approved municiple dumping ground for lead up to 10 Km and for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: This item shall also be applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement/ plying of load carrying motor vehicles of 3.5 cum or more.)

Providing and laying in situ seven course water proofing treatment with APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified Polymeric memberane over roof consisting of first coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 Kg/sqm; 2nd, 4th & 6th courses of bonding material @ 1.20 Kg/sqm which shall consist of blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS:702; 3rd & 5th layers of roofing membrane APP modified Polymeric membrane 2.0 mm thick of 3.00 Kg/sqm weight consisting of five layers prefabricated with centre core as 100 micron HMHDPE film sandwiched on both sides with polymeric mix and the polymeric mix is protected on both side with 20 micron HMHDPE film; 7th layer (the top most layer) shall be finished with brick tiles of class designation 10 grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound by weight of cement over a 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) and finished neat. (Item of laying brick tiles shall be paid for separately).

Providing and laying brick tiles over mumty roofs, grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement, over 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) and finished neat :With common burnt clay F.P.S. (Non Modular) brick tiles of Class Designation 10
