Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L filling PCC type E2 1:5:10 (40 mm graded stone aggr) as in sunken floor after applying appropriate treatment to side walls complete.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement plaster 1:3 with WPC on vertical sides of sunken floor incl finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement all as specified.

M&L Complete preparation of efforescence or wetted internal wall surface using wirebrush to remove all the loose laittence & wash with clean water and applying crack filling as directed on site wet the wall prior to over coating brush apply I primer coat of Dr Fixit primeseal & allow to dry for 4 hours,apply damp proof coating Dr fixit damp guard,blend a mixture of Dr fixit & water in the ratio 1:1:1 (Base:harder:water) & brush apply 2 coat over the plastered surface in a span of 4 hours, over coat of walls with the suitable protective (decorative) coating complete all as specified and directed. Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.

M & L Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick area of each tiles exceeding .06 Sqm but not exceeding .11 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry mixed with water proofing liquid compound and pointed in white or coloured grouting chemical to match , over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured designer tiles in vertical surface 450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match 0ver 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:3).

S&F Vitrified tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished area of each tiles n exc 0.36 sqm in floors/skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match in Light shade including 15mm thk screed bed in CM 1 :6.

Cleaning of service water tanks and any type of capacity by removing organic materials & dirt etc. from wall and base after bailing out/opening wash out and plugging inlet pipes and washing the walls and base by applying bleaching powder or any other approved by Engr-In-Charge and filling with fresh water and replacing the top cover in position etc for the following capacities of tanks . (a) Exc 250 but not exceeding 500 Ltr.

(b) Exc 500 but n. exc 1000 Ltrs

Taking down of cement plaster of any description on brick walls or concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finishing the surface even and even smooth without using extra cement..

M & L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applaying two coat of oil bond distemper and 3 mm putty all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for preparation and applying three coats of white wash on new plastered surface of celing all as specified and directed

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1.0 sqm and nexc 2.0 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 25mm dia stainless steel curtain rail, cut in required length and size to fit with opening incl fixing on bracket with necessary screws fitted on bracket and decorative nobs on sides with necessary arrangement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
