(A) New tube well site: Providing, Installation, testing & commissioning of three nos. submersible pump sets of ISI marked reputed make as per IS 8034 having specifications 5000 GPH x 100Mtrs. Head along with allied works at newly drilled Tube Well

LT Control Panel, Voltage Stabilizer and allied electro-mechanical works incl. Outdoor electrification and earthing : - Design, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of LT control panel with built in fault analyzer suitable for running 30 HP submersible motor at Tube Well. Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of 50 KVA, 3 phase, copper wound, unbalanced type, oil cooled servo voltage stabilizer with operating voltage of 320-480 Volts and operating frequency of 47-53 Hz conforming to relevant IS codes and IEC guidelines. Outdoor electrification and Earthing of all electric equipments installed in the pump room

(B) Tube well Pangdhour: Providing, installation, testing & commissioning of one no. HC pump set as per various specifications of IS 1520 having specifications 10000 GPH x 150 Mtrs. Head coupled with low speed induction motor along with allied works at tube well Pangdhour

Providing, Installation, testing & commissioning of one no. submersible pump sets of ISI marked reputed make as per IS 8034 having specifications 8000 GPH x 60 Mtrs. Head along with allied works.

Design, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of three nos. LT control panels with built in fault analyzer suitable for operation of two no. 60 HP HC pump sets (one new and one old) and one submersible pump set (40 HP). Upgradation of 100 KVA electric sub-station. Indoor and outdoor electrification of pump room.

(E) Tool Kit: Providing of ISI marked tool kit complete with heavy-duty hand-held drill, angle grinder,bearing puller, adjustable wrench, hammers, variety of screw drivers, pliers, socket wrenches, files, open ended and ring spanners, allen keys, clamp meter, multimeter, difgital earth tester, , megger insulation tester, discharging rod , hydraulic crimping tool, spray paint gun , four pair of safety gloves,one no. 16.5 ft aluminium telescopic ladder, 2 pair of safety shoes for maintenance of installed pumping machinery.

Providing of one no. small steel almirah with lock and key mechanism each at tube well pangdhour which should be properly fixed with the walls using anchor bolts. The almirahs should be provided with 5 kg grease, 2 pairs of bearings for pump and motor of both DE and NDE sides, 24 nos. coupling bolts and 2 kg gland packing as per site requirement. Also providing of telescopic hot stick 7 mtrs at each site for dismantling and installation of 11 KV fuses.
