80051/29/E8 REPAIR/ RESURFACING TO CERTAIN ROADS AND ROAD FURNITURE AT LAMAYURU, KHALTSI, ACHINATHANG, BATALIK AND BIAMAH IN THE AOR OF AGE B/R-II KHALTSI UNDER GE KHUMBATHANG

Repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path etc including cutting around edges to atleast 25mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat using paving bitumen VG-10 @ at 5 kg per 10 sq m. and putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again will rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30mm and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam laid by mechanical paver rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or more) using paving bitumen (VG-10 Grade) of any penetration as binder content of 4% by weight of total mix, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing black top surafce by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surafces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc or with mechanical air compressor etc. complete all as apecified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Bituminous premixed asphaltic dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 6% binder content per 10 sqm using paving bitumen VG-10 by weight by total mix laid with self propelling mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with roller of exc 8 Ton to n exc. 12 Ton to required camber and gradient with power roller complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- As a result of job mix formula, if quantity of binder content works out to be more than 6% than no extra payment shall be made to the contractor and in case its quantity works out to be less than 6% than minimum binder content of 6% given he in above shall be provided.

S&F in repair dual directional reflective road studs (cat eye) of impact resistant plastic stud 110mm X 110mm, double moulded solid state having ultra-voilet resistant colour (white/red/yellow) with four round disc containging 28x2-56 mini retro reflective glass beass of colour white/red/yellow to a side provided with L-key steel 12mm dia bolt along with ABS plastic stem of length 55mm for fixing on road with epoxy adhesive complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for thermoplastic paint on black top surfaces or existing paint surfaces applied hot mixing plant of heating of thermoplastic materila to a standard temprature with gas and laying standard thickness of minimum 2 mm by wusing thermo plastic material @ 6.5 Kg/ Sqm and glass beads @ 250 gms/ Sqm including cleaning of old surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note:-Accepting amount will arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. 13,500.00 from quoted sum
