Supply, install, testing & commissioning of silent type Diesel Engine driven generating set of capacity 100 KVA / 80KW complete with fully wired AC alternator to give an output of 100 KVA continuously rating at a 0.8 power factor lagging 3 phase 4 wire, 415 V, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM directly coupled with Diesel Engine water cooled type mounted on common base frame complete with Acoustic Enclosure (Canopy) with latest CPCB norms including control panel, AMF panel and control cable, batteries, fuel line and accessories, fuel tank exhaust pipe as per CPCB guide lines, (CPCB IV +) PCC foundation, anti vibration pads etc and other standard accessories all as conforming to IS 4722/1460, BS 5514/2613/5000, ISO 8526/3046 and as amended upto date and all as specified and directed and comprising of the following:-

DIESEL ENGINE: Water cooled engine suitable for 100 KVA, 4 stroke rated at 1500 RPM minimum suitable BHP, turbocharged, directly coupled with alternator through flexible coupling direct injection, cold starting conforming to ISO 3046 / BS-5514 with an overload capacity of 10% for one in 12 hours continuous operation and shall be provided with electrical starting arrangement including standard accessories / components and comprising of following below. (i) Flywheel and flywheel housing (ii) 12 V DC electric start arrangement (iii) Exhaust Silencer - Residential type silencer (iv) Fuel Filter (Pre and Micro) (v) Lube oil filter “Spin-on” type (vi) Radiator (For liquid cooled DG set only) (vii) Dry Type Air Cleaner (viii) Battery charging Alternator (ix) Fuel hoses (x) Maintenance manual and spare parts catalogue

(xi) Radiator fan (For liquid cooled DG set only) (xii) Fuel injection pump with electronic governor and fuel feed pump (xiii) Engine safety protection for High Liquid Temperature and Low Lube Oil Pressure (xiv) Control cable from AMF panel to DG (xv) Closed Coupled Engine with inbuilt Anti Vibration Mounting Pads (xvi) First Fill of Lube Oil (xvii) First fill of coolant (Life is 4000 running hours or 3 years)

(xviii) Genset Controller consists of Engine parameters like R.P.M., Liquid Temperature, Oil Pressure, Fuel level indication, Engine Hours run & Alternator parameters like Voltage, Frequency, Amps, KW, KVAR, PF etc. (xix) Genset Controller also have protection for High Liquid Temperature, Low Lube Oil Pressure, Under speed & Over speed ALTERNATOR: Standard design alternator capacity of 100KVA / 80KW, net out put at site after considering derating factor, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 V, 50Hz, 1500 RPM power factor 0.8 (lagging), output rated current 134 Amps. Automatic voltage regulator, self excited, self regulated brushes alternator screen protected drip proof IP 23 enclosure, insulating class 'H', Self ventilated solid state and voltage regulation at no load to full load as per OEM. The alternator shall be directly coupled with diesel engine through flexible coupling and suitable for tropical climate and shall conform to BS 2613 / 500016-4722 and as amended upto date.

CONTROL PANEL: Bill of material for control panel. 1) 01 No. Genset Controller having alternator parameters like Voltage, Frequency, Amps, KW, KVAR, PF etc. 2) 03 Nos. Current Transformers 3) 01 No. KWH meter - 3 phase, 4 wire unbalanced 4) 01 set Aluminium bus bars of suitable capacity 5) 02 Nos. Indicating lamps - “set running” and “set on load” 6) 01 No. MCCB 7) 03 Nos. Instrument Fuses. 8) 02 Nos. Earthing studs 9) 01 No. Earth Fault Relay (D) Acoustic Enclosure: NOISE LEVEL 75 DB at 1 metre from the enclosure surface under free field conditions as per CPCB Norms.

CONSTRUCTION: Acoustic enclosure shall be powder coated and fabricated out of 16 SWG CRCA MS sheet. The silent canopy shall be of nut bolt type construction. Powder coating is done after seven-tank surface preparation process of sheet metal. Canopy panel and doors shall have inside lining of FIRE-RETARDANT foam as acoustic material. Four hinged doors shall be provided to canopy, one door shall have glass window for control panel.

BASE FRAME: Base frame is fabricated in sheet metal. The base frame is rugged in construction and designed for mounting engine and alternator close coupled with cross members mounted on AVM. The base frame shall have provision for mounting of acoustic enclosure. The base frame is having provision of lifting hook for convenient lifting of complete set, i.e., alongwith canopy, engine and alternator. FUEL TANK: Removable fuel tank with 8 hours full load running capacity fabricated out of CRCA MS sheet and is part of base frame. It is duly painted and fitted with inlet and outlet connections. Fuel tank can be easily removed for cleaning or any maintenance.

ACCESSORIES: 1) 01 No. Dry type sealed maintenance free 12V Battery 2) 01 set Battery leads 3) 01 No. Exhaust Expansion Bellow Note: Exhaust pipe made out of heavy duty mild steel pipe 'C' class of length 3.5 m above the nearest building height (height of building +3.5 m) or as per recommendation of OEM to meet CPCB norms inclusive of all accessories and hard ware, necessary support steel structure stack, including mineral wool insulation 2 inch thick suitable for 400 degree celsius temperature cladded with aluminium sheet for the entire length of exhaust pipe.

AMF PANEL: Control panel suitable for 100 KVA / 80 KW, 415V, 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 50Hz, 0.8PF, fabricated out of 2 mm thick CRCA MS Sheet, CPRI approved, free standing, floor mounting indoor type, front hinged, Indoor use, cubicle type, undrilled and removable bottom gland plates for incoming and outgoing connections, dust & vermin proof with powder coated paint, complete with internal wiring ferrules, name plates etc., generally consists of following: - (i) 160A, 3P MCCB, 25 KA back up for EB. (ii) 160A, 3P MCCB, 25KA back up for DG. (iii) 160A, 4P, 25KA Power Contactor for EB with Mechanical Interlock. (iv) 160A, 4P, 25KA Power Contactor for DG with Mechanical Interlock. (v) Line Voltage Monitor. (vi) Digital VAF meter. (vii) Current transformer.

Note: (a) The contractor shall arrange for artificial load including Diesel, coolant, Lube oil etc for 12 hr testing at site or deemed to included in rate quoted by contractor. (b) The contractor shall submit detailed specification, Model No, Make, technical literature and foundation drawing of DG set for approval of Accepting Officer. (c) The contractor shall submit AMF panel drawings with dimensions and arrangement of switch gears, metering devices and make and model of switch gears / contactor for approval of Accepting Officer.

Material and labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel using GI strip 25 x 5 mm as earthing lead connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft / loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20mm dia, 2.7 mtr long GI medium grade watering pipe, 40mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, CI frame and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, charcoal and common salt in alternate layer complete including removal of old unserviceable earth plates complete all as specified and directed. (4 Nos for DG, 02 Nos for AMF panel).

Supply, laying and testing 120 sqmm x 3.5 core XLPE LT UG cable Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches / walls / poles or through pipes etc as per site conditions complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) Quoted unit rate is inclusive of the cost of lugs of proper size and cable gland. (ii) Necessary excavation, PCC cover and cable cushioning shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and 1.5 mtr width and getting out in soft / loose soil for laying of cables / pipes etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation through JCB is not permitted.

Returning, filling in including levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of soil to a distance n.exc 50m and deposited where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread riddled earth for cable protection in trenches 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm deep over the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness of sand shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying un-reinforced factory made PCC cable covers, class LV, type 2, flat of size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm at centre with embossing LT 1100 V on top surface of the cable cover complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 6 metres hot dip galvanized Octagonal Pole with top 70mm and bottom 130mm dia made of 3mm sheet thickness, base plate shall be not less than 200 x 200 x 12mm and 04 Nos of EN8 J type foundation bolts of M20 500mm long with nuts, washers, 1mtr single arm bracket and all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, all-in-one integrated LED solar street light programmable via blue tooth consists of solar photo-voltaic module, battery, battery management system, control electronics, LED driver, inter-connecting cables and pole mounting piece integrated into the luminaire as a single unit. Solar street-light with IP65 ingress protection having a maximum system wattage of 17 W with minimum 3000 lumen output and 180 lumen per watt efficacy, 35 wp high efficiency polycrystalline solar panel, highly efficient MPPT based charge controller and 12.8 V, 20Ah IP68 Lithium Ferro Phosphate (Life PO4) battery with proper battery management system. LED lumen efficacy shall be at least 180lm/W and LED driver should have >90% efficiency. Typical correlated colour temperature should be 5700K with CRI>70. It should ensure battery optimization with help of a suitable dimming profile.

The luminaire should be housed in IK 08 impact resistance certified single piece aluminium pressure die-cast housing with anti-corrosive coating to pass salt spray test of 500 Hrs and must have a UV stabilized polycarbonate cover. The luminaire shall have a specially designed pole mounting piece that enables lateral as well as post top mounting and installation at varying tilts from 0 to 15 degrees for optimal light distribution complete all as specified and directed. Note: Type test certificate and BIS certificate need to be submitted by the contractor prior to approval of ligt fitting.
