M&L for Granite work 18 to 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in coloured cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with granite shade complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for granite (of any type) work 18 to 20mm (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine cut & machine polished kota stone slab 18 to 20 mm thick as in kitchen platform, treads of steps laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with colour pigment to match the shade of the slab, rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick machine cut kota stone slab in riser of steps, skirting,dado and pillar laid over and including 10mm thick cement mortar backing in 1:4 base laid and jointed with grewy cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rounding to edges of Granite / Kota stone slabs edge, such as in steps cooking plateform, and other similar situation complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work / stone work / PCC block masonry built in Cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre-cast cement type C1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggreagate) concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 using on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in two layers, 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on stone / Brick / PCC block masonry wall surface, including mixing liquid water proofing compound in second layer only as per manufacturers instructions, finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC will be measured & paid separately.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coats of oil bound distemper on new plastered surfaces on wall including preparation of new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of Cement Base Paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on newly plastered surfaces of walls including preperation of new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300 x 450 x 7mm / 450 x 350 x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including including 15mm screed bed or bedding in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300 x 450 x 7mm / 450 x 350 x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick backing coat of mortar in CM 1:3 for laying wall tiles finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 4mm thick Providing and fixing coloured glass mosaic tiles of size 25mm x 25mm / 25mm x 50mm / 50mm x 50mm texture series of Italia or equivalent of approved colour and texture on walls & floor of static water tank / fountain fixed over 10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 etc at any place including all material and labours as per manufacturer instruction (cemented foundation / base must have a perfectly smooth and even surface and must be dry sound and stable for exteriors or submersed areas with recommended use of adhesive like Bisazza Ad Hoc + Ultra or equivalent) complete all as specified and directed. Excavating soft/loose soil in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) cement concrete in foundation complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S & F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.11611979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 using on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
