Internal Surface preparation to SA 2.5 standard with technical window - chilled iron grit blasting (Machine and grit supplied by contractor)
Preservation of Steel Plates by way of surface preparation to SA 2 ½ standard with chilled Iron Grit Blasting (Machine and Grit Supplied by Contractor)
Internal surface preparation to ST 3 standard by mechanical means using electrical or pneumatic tools.
Painting (using airless spray) (0-150 microns) (with technical window):-
(i) Application of single coat of Primer.
(ii) Application of single coat of Anti corrosive.
Painting (using airless spray) (0-150 microns) (without technical window):-
(i) Application of single coat of Primer.
(ii) Application of single coat of Anti corrosive.
Painting (using roller/ brushes) (0-150 microns):-
(i) Application of single coat of Primer.
(ii) Application of single coat of Anti corrosive.
Breaking of damping mastic coating.
Soap solution cleaning with labolene.
Laying of damping mastic coating as per NCD 2625 (material will be supply by Yard).
