Repairs to HT over head network and repair/replacement of HT UG cable and Repair/replacement of street light fittings and Misc connected works at Mily Station Kannur under AGE (I) CANNANORE.

Amount

Excavating in trenches n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for laying of UG cable, pipe, pole, stay etc and n exc 10sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soil obtained from excavation all as directed

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance n exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level 1.5m above starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading in natuaral riddled soil as earth cushioning to cable by using IS sieve to separate the composite particle/roots etc and refilling in trenches and compacted in layers to form a solid bed covering to cable all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness shall be measured / paid.

Supply and laying in trenches burnt bricklocally available 20x9x6cms size for protection of UG cable laid flat and dry over the cable , perpendicular to the direction of cable all as specified and directed.

S&F 100 mm bore Galvanised iron tubing, light grade, with all fittings laid in trenches, floors, road crossing, fixed to pole/wall etc as required for mechanical protection of UG cables/GI strip including taking out U/s pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 80 mm bore Galvanised iron tubing, light grade, with all fittings laid in trenches, floors, road crossing, fixed to pole/wall etc as required for mechanical protection of UG cables/GI strip including taking out U/s pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for concrete as in foundation to stay wire etc all as specified and directed.

Supply, spread and levelling stone aggregate of graded 40 mm size in transformer/four pole structure yard all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old and unserviceable pre stressed concrete /Steel poles any type and height including breaking cement concrete complete, Material and erection of Prestressed concrete pole, 11.0 metres long, 52mm x 152mm at top and 152mm x 260mm at bottom, class 9 complete all as specified and directed by engr-in charge. Note - Excavation shall be measured and paid seperately.

Material and labour for ACSR conductor squirrel to dog (6/1/2.11 to 6/1/4.72) any size drawn straight horizontal on over head lines on existing poles, stringing, fixing insulator , jumpers binding with aluminium tape or copper binding wire. Weight of conductor shall be measured straight horizontal distance between centre of two adjacent poles and calculating weight of conductor of size and length by adding 3% extra for sag ,jointing jumpers,etc complete including dismantling old unserviceable conductor all as specified and directed

S & F in repairs Mild Steel cross arms minimum 3 Mtr long for 2 pole/ 3 pole/ 4 pole structure (C) channel, bracing, support, clamps etc fabricated structural steel sections, including nuts, bolts, washers etc and cutting to required length bent to any shape drilling holes, fixed on poles or jointed by means of elect welding complete including painting with 2 coats of aluminum paint over a coat of aluminium primer after preparation of surfaces incl taking down / dismantling the old cross arm complete all as directed.

Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable stay assembly complete and M&L for new stay assembly with 20 mm dia stay rod with accessories shown in electric plate No 01 incl stay clamp, (loop insulator, stay wire, excavation and concrete measured seperately) complete all as directed.

S & F in repairs Pin type porcelain vitreous, brown of white insulator suitable for 11 KV HT of working pressure of size 150mm height, 100 mm dia, including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanished iron washer and one GI nut complete all as directed.

M&L in repairs for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminum conductor cable of size 120 to 185 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Laying , testing and commissioning XLPE cable , PVC insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable, heavy duty with aluminium conductor 11000 Volts grade (earthed), 3 core 95 sqmm laid in trenches / floor / duct / fixed on poles / through GI tubing in different locations / areas including taking out unserviceable cable all as directed.

Supply & Laying , testing and commissioning XLPE cable , PVC insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable, heavy duty with aluminium conductor 11000 Volts grade (earthed), 3 core 70 sqmm laid in trenches / floor / duct / fixed on poles / through GI tubing in different locations / areas including taking out unserviceable cable all as directed. Note for item 17 & 18 : Excavation shall be measured and paid seperately. Quoted rate include of making connection to LT panel/feeder pillar box through suitable size aluminium lugs and cable glands.

S&F drop out fuse unit (expulsion fuse unit) outdoor three pole with insulator, HT 11 KV, 200 amps comprising mounting channel, insulators, GI nut bolts with 30A, HT barrel type fuse and making necessary connection on pole ncluding taking out U/s drop out fuse, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F, testing and commissioning of (GOD) gang operated type air break isolating switch horizontal / vertical type type mounting complete, double break and operation rod of suitable length 200 Amps capacity and suitable for 11 KV HT supply, including taking out of old unserviceable gang operating switch, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for removing vegitation, grass, scrubs and bushes growing in Sub station yard along with fancing by mannually / mechanically and keep the sub station yard neat and clean complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Unit rate quoted deemed to include to keep the installation neat and clean through out the period of contract

M & L for Cutting and trimming of tree branches of grith 25mm to 75 mm upto 1.50 metre distance on both sides of HT over head lines which is obstructing HT line/illumination of street light by using required tools and plants incl removing trimmed tree branches. Note :- Unit rate quoted deemed to include to keep the HT line free from obstruction through out the period of contract

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 m below ground level) with top edge of plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip of 25x3 mm as earth lead and all as directed. by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel connected to earthing test point, continuous earth lead protected by using GI pipe light grade 40mm bore, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering funnel including necessary excavation, earth work in any type of strata, PCC pit and RCC chamber cover complete all as specified and as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including dismantling old unserviceable earthing all as directed. Note :- Rate quoted shall deem to include for GI earth wire and GI pipe lead upto 7.5m length.

Supply and fixing brackets for street light fitting made of GI pipe light grade 40/32 mm bore, 1.5m long bend to reqiured shape, fitted with with flat iron clamps 25x 3mm thick, two Nos with nuts, bolts and applying two coats of aluminium painting over one coat of primer including taking down unserviceable brackets complete all as specified and as directed.

Checking of street light fittings any type fixed on pole/wall to find out defect and taking out unserviceable parts such as driver etc and replacing the defective parts including minor repairs to cable connection/loose connection /necessary cleaning the perpex cover where provided and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. Note : (i) Cost of Spares of light fittings, T&P Vehicles and necessry ladders etc will be arranged by the contractor and the costs deemed to be included in the quoted rates

Supply and fixing in replacement of PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor cable sheathed 2.5 Sqmm flat twin core for connections for street light fitting with over head lines / service connection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in replacement of Integral LED street light luminaires complete of make : Havells / Phiips/ Crompoton greaves comprising of epoxy powder coated housing, enclosed with glass cover in front 60 Watts mounted on MCPCB suitable for 50mm dia pipe ingress protection IP-66 complete and electrically connected all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 100 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp electrically connected including replacement of unserviceable flood light all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of Integral LED street light luminaires complete comprising of epoxy powder coated housing, enclosed with glass cover in front 30 Watts mounted on MCPCB suitable for 50mm dia pipe in gress protection IP-66 complete all as specified and as directed.
