Taking down existing street/ security light fitting of any type & fixed in any position and S&F new 45 Watt LED street/ security light fitting, High Efficiency, minimum IP 65 protection, CCT - 5700K, system lumen efficacy ≥ 110 Lm/W, Power factor ≥ 0.95, powder coated pressure die cast aluminium housing, top opening with separate driver compartment and clear PMMA/polycarbonate/toughened glass heat resistant cover, fixed on walls or steel/concrete pole at any height including making connection from ceiling rose/ Junction Box to light fitting with and including three core 1.5 Sqmm cable multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated & PVC sheathed, 1100 V grade of required length fixed as per manufacturer's instructions and making necessary electrical connections and testing on completion, fixed over & including mounting bracket made of 32mm bore GI pipe ‘light grade’ not less than 1.20m long, bent to shape at required angle, fixed to Pole/wall with & including mild steel clamps (02 Nos) made out of flat iron 50x6mm with nuts, bolts & washers, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing spot/down light fitting of any type & fixed in any position and S&F new 15 Watt wall/ ceiling mounted deep recessed spotlight COB down light with die cast aluminium housing, clear PMMA/polycarbonate/toughened glass diffuser, minimum CCT 3000K, decorative fixture, fixed in any position on wall/ ceiling by Screw/ nut bolt properly as per site requirement with all accessories and making necessary electrical connections and testing on completion complete all as directed. Taking down existing light fitting of any type & fixed in any position and S&F new 2 x 6 Watt LED wall mounted UP and DOWN clear/ warm white decorative LED light fixture with die cast aluminium housing transparent tempered glass diffuser, minimum IP 54 protection, minimum CCT 2700K, fixed in any position on wall with Screw/ nut bolt properly as per site requirement with all accessories and making necessary electrical connections and testing on completion complete all as directed. Note : Where replacement of any unserviceable accessory is required at site, same shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant item of this Schedule.

Taking down carefully existing serviceable DB/ Meter of any capacity & any type and re-fixing the same after repair work including necessary electrical connection and testing after completion, complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground including taking out existing aluminium strip complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm buried in ground / fixed on wall including taking out existing GI strip complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long fix to aluminium strip, nut, bolts and washers including taking down existing air termination complete all as specified & as directed.
