Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cms thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials/ soils, not exceeding 50mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50mtrs, complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:4:8 (nominal mix) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 ( nominal mix ) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar ands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork where required complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning to protection of underground cables, laid 8 Cm before laying and 15 Cm after laying of cable, and punned to form an overall layer of 18 Cms thick, complete all as specified and directed Note: Punned thickness shall be measured.

Sub class ‘B brick, old size, brick covering laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning, with width equal to the length of the brick including taking out old bricks, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel galvanised iron tubing light grade for cable protection as in road crossing, along poles, walls, floors, drain of 80mm size fixed with MS clamps, nuts and bolts required complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel galvanised iron tubing light grade for cable protection as in road crossing, along poles, walls, floors, drain of 50mm size fixed with MS clamps, nuts and bolts required complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Excavation and PCC at new location shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, jointing, fixing or passing through pipe , trenches or ducts, commissioning and testing XLPE insulated screened and PVC sheathed armoured electric power LT cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor nominal cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3.5 core for working voltage upto including 1100 volts conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I) 1988 including taking out existing unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, jointing, fixing or passing through pipe , trenches or ducts, commissioning and testing XLPE insulated screened and PVC sheathed armoured electric power LT cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor nominal cross sectional area 70 sqmm 3.5 core for working voltage upto including 1100 volts conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I) 1988 including taking out existing unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, jointing, fixing or passing through pipe , trenches or ducts, commissioning and testing XLPE insulated screened and PVC sheathed armoured electric power LT cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor nominal cross sectional area 50 sqmm 3.5 core for working voltage upto including 1100 volts conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I) 1988 including taking out existing unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix (in replacment) LT overhead lines on 9 meter steel poles with XLPE insulated ABC cable size 3-core X 50 sq mm + 1-core X 35 sq mm including hook, clamps nut bolts ets as per site requirement and as directed.

Cutting/ trimming of trees branches from LT/ HT lines upto 2 metre horizontal & 2 metre vertical distance from both sides of electric line including shifting of cut trees branches away from site complete all as directed. Note:- Distance between two adjacent poles irrespective of distance shall be considered as one span.

Steel tubular swaged poles complete with base plate 8mm thick welded with pole, finial taper plug, bolt, nut and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9m long) including one coat of red-oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with yellow and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching including numbering with black paint and painting with bituminous paint internally complete and externally for portion embedded in PCC, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work & excavation and PCC shall be measured and paid under respective Items of BOQ.

Note:- Earth work & excavation and PCC shall be measured and paid under respective Items of BOQ.

Galvanized steel wire 4mm dia for earth wire/ guard wire onHT/ LT poles stretched without kinks, bend and binding with wire including fabrication of cradles hexagonal/ rectangular guards, spacers, road crossing etc., including taking down old wire of any type shape , size and removing from site, complete all as specified & directed .

Supply , fixing and straining of Aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size on HT/LT over head line including necessary binding work, jumpering, maintaining proper sag as per IE rule including cutting of tree branches around the ACSR conductor within area of 5mtr complete all as specified & directed

Structural steel work as in cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plate fabricated from steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed by Engineer-in-Charge and applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surfaces and dismantling old structural steel work in cross arms and stacking at site, complete all as specified & directed.

Painting of LT panel outdoor/indoor off sizes removing existing old paint with the help of sand/emery paper etc. Preparing surfaces externally including cleaning etc. Applying externally one coat synthetic enamel paint including cleaning and surface dressing upto 25cm depth around 1 mtr of the panels complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Re-stretching of ACSR conductor and earth wire of any size and type on HT poles including disconnecting and rewinding with insulators with suitable size of binding wire after restretching, connecting jumpers adjusting line dividers etc and cutting/trimming of tree branches upto 2 mtr clear distance from wire all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Stay Assembly using stay rod of 20mm dia complete with accessories as shown in Electrical Plate No. 1 of SSR 2009 Part-I including galvanized steel stranded wire of size 7/4mm and taking out/ dismantling old stay assembly, complete all as specified (Loop type insulator, earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of BOQ)

Loop type insulator, porcelain, vitreous white, brown or green, large size with overall dimensions 90x140mm, clearance of hole 25.5 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of existing road/ floor/ plinth/drain for taking out/laying of UG cable through GI pipe including necessary earth work excavation and making good to match with existing surface complete all as specified with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing (in replacement) LT line rigid PVC spacers spirial type 3 wire including all fitting such as nuts bolts and washers as required as site and as directed.

Supply & replacement of existing unserviceable busbar box , installation, testing and commissioning of factory fabricated prewired bus bar, cubical type of appropriate size of 60cm x 45cm x 30 cm out door dust vermin proof, made out of 40x40x6mm angle iron frame/legs and 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with openable shutters on both sides (front & rear), powder coated externally and internally, having locking arrangement mounted on four legs 90cm high (30 cm below ground level and 60 cm above ground level),Panel embedded in PCC (1:2:4 ) type B2 of suitable size with clear working space all around the bus bar complete all as specified & directed by the Engr-in-Charge to accommodate the following accessories :- (a) MCCB 4 Pole 160 A 25KA - 1 No (Make:- Hager) Cat part No.HDA161Z with X160 frame MCCB fixed overload, fixed short circuitbreaking capacity (b) Aluminium bus bar 200 A for three phase and neutral duly insulated with sleeves of different colour RYB (Note : (i) Incoming and outgoing cable shall be fixed with appropriate size of copper thimble.
