Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 150, landings, balconies, shelnes, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, stair cases and spiral stair cases upto floor V level excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with (M-20 Mix) 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement: 1.5 Coarse Sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size- crushed.) Incl all carraiges of material involved.

Providing/laying in position specified grade excluding the cost of centering & shuttering . (M-15 Mix) 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 Coarse Sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size- crushed.) Incl all carraiges of material involved.

Centring and shuttering including strutting proping and removal of form work for foundations, footings, bases of columns slabs etc for mass concrete.

Providing and fixing Ceramic glazed wall/floor tiles 450x300mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturers) make in colour such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red, Brown laid on 20 mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1: 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coa.rse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

15mm thick cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick walls of mix 1:6 ( 1 cement :6 coarse sand)
