Excavation in foundation in trenches in earth work in pick work, jumper work within all leads and lifts stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtr clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing, laying cement concrete 1:6:12(1cement:6sand:12graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinths within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Squared rubble masonery coursed with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including raking out joints in cement mortar 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 sand) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing and laying damp proof course 38 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate 12.50mm nominal size) and curing complete within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks of approved quality in super structure in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6sand) above plinth level upto floor two level (2nd. class bricks) within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory, windows and other frames wrought,framed and fixed in position 2nd. Class deodar wood within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing and fixing panelled and glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including bright finished / black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws in 2nd. class deodar wood 40mm thick within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85 G. with wire of dia 0.56 mm for doors windows and clerestorey windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc., with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in:

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the line floor etc upto 200mm thickness complete in all respect within all eads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Beam, cantilever, girders and lintles side and soffits of beams, beam haunching, cantilevers, bressumers and lintles not exceeding one metre in depth in all height within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charges.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1cement:2sand:4graded stone agg., 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in suspended floors, roofs, landing and shelves and their supports balconies, beams, girders and cantilever upto floor two level complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.50:3 (1 Cement 1.50 sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:- Lintle, beams, girders, brassumers and cantilevers upto any floor two level etc.complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Cement concrete flooring 1 : 2 :4 ( 1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement ( 40mm thick.) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

20mm thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/stone masonry walls & interior plastering upto floor two level including internal angle chamfers &/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1 : 6 (1cement : 6 sand) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

6mm cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1 : 3( 1cement : 3 sand) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement:3asand:6graded stone agg., 20mm nominal size) including finishing the top surface concrete smooth within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including bending, binding, & placing in position complete upto floor two level) within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying two coats of wood preservative on new wood and wood preservative on new wood and wood preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter,sand papering and knotting.

Applying priming coat over new wood & wood based surface after and including repairing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease dirt & other foreign matter & papering & knotting ready mixed paint brushing pink primer for enemel within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood surface with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust & other foreign matter sand papering and stopping with ready mixed paint other than white within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

White washing with lime on underocated surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade including thoroughly bromming the surface to remove all dirt, dust mortar dirt and other foreign matter within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface(two coat ) to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powered materials within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charges.

Providing and fixing M.S. fan clamp Type-1 of 16mm dia M.S. bar bent to shape with hooked ends in RCC slab during laying including painting the exposed portion of loop, all as per standard design complete within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing 40x3 mm flat iron hold fast 40cm. Long including fixing to frame with 10mm diameter bolts & nuts and wooden plugs and embeding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm. 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charges.

Pproviding and fixing anodized aluminium sliding door bolts with bolts and nuts screws etc. (250x16mm) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. Tower bolts ( barrel type ) with nessary screws (200x10mm) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. Tower bolts ( barrel type ) with nessary screws (150x10mm) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. Tower bolts ( barrel type ) with nessary screws (100x10mm) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. handles with nessary screws complete 100mm within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.
