Name of the Work :Strengthening the Road from T.Venkitapuram - Gudalur BT Road to Karuppagoundanpudhur (R-31) Km 0/700-1/340 H/o.Chinnadharapuram Panchaya

Clearing the Scrub jungle including all labour charges for burrying and burning etc.,

Picking 5cm to 10cm old metalled surface and sectioning - 1 sq.m including all charges etc., complete

Earth work Excavation and depositing on bank within initial lead and lift in hard gravelly soil for cutting sidedrain etc.,

Providing and Laying Gravel Soiling to compacted thick including cost & conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by Power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction at optimum moisture content and hire & fuel charges for power roller, water sprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing danger lights etc., complete.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying of Prime Coat over the BT Surface using Emulsion at the rate of 7 Kg per ten square meter over the WMM Surface preparatory to another bituminous construction over it.

Providing and laying of Tank coat over the BT surface using Emulsion at the rate of 2.5Kg per ten square metal over the WMM surface preparatory to another bituminous construction over it.

Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 25mm thiock using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG 30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density.
