   OEM Condition : TENDER SPECIFIC AUTHORIZATION: - Authorized agents of OEM must submit Tender Specific Authorization of the OEM. No back reference will be made in this regard & communication received after opening of tender will also not be entertained. The material supplied by the traders will be inspected at the OEM premises by the inspecting agency before supply. Neither one agent can represent two OEMs nor can one OEM authorize two agents. Purchaser reserves the right to reject both bids in such cases. In a tender either the Agent on behalf of the OEM or OEM itself can bid but both cannot bid simultaneously for the same item in the same tender In cases where both OEM and their agent participate in bidding for same item, any or both the bids shall be liable to be rejected.

   ONUS OF SUBMISSION OF REQUISITE DOCUMENTS : - THE ONUS OF SUBMISSION OF REQUISITE DOCUMENTS AS GIVEN ABOVE FOR ESTABLISHING THEIR ELIGIBILITY FOR BULK OR DEVELOPMENTAL ORDER LIES WITH THE TENDERER. TENDERERS ARE TO NOT THAT NON SUBMISSION OF THE DOCUMENTS AS DETAILED ABOVE SHALL BE TAKEN AS THEY ARE NOT HAVING ANY SUCH DOCUMENTS. IN CASE THE TENDERES DO NOT SUBMIT THE REQUISITE DOCUMENTS AS DETAILED ABOVE ALONG WITH THEIR E-OFFER FOR STOCK ITEMS WCR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DECIDE THE TENDER ON THE BASIS OF THEIR PAST SUPPLY PERFORMANCE RECORDS AS PER IMMS HISTORY SHEET OF WCR FOR THE TENDERD ITEM. IN CASE OF NON-STOCK ITEMS, WCR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DECIDE THE TENDER ON THE BASIS OF WCR VENDER PERFORMANCE AVAILABLE IN IMMS FOR THE TENDERED ITEM. NO BACK REFERENCE IN THIS REGARD WILL BE MADE WITH THE BIDDER.

   For participating in tenders for an electrical nature of works , the contractor shall have to possess valid electrical license of appropriate voltage issued by any state govt under clause 45 of compilations of rule of Indian Electricity rules 1956 or as amended from time to time , electrical works of 11 KV and above including OHE , "A" class electrical contractor license is essential. firm must be upload electrical license along with tender.

I/We hereby certify that none of our sister concern or affiliates (such as having common partner/director/promoter/owner/holding company decision control etc.) have participated in this tender which can give rise to a conflict of interest or fall under anti-competitive practices. We understand that the offers of all such sister concern or affiliates including ours are liable to be rejected as per relevant provisions of IRS terms and conditions. I/We, affirm that we shall abide by the Code of Integrity in general, with specific reference to conflict of interest [Para 2502 (e)], anti competitive practices [Para 2502(c)] and obligation to proactive disclosures [Para 2503]. DG including accessories on arrangement as per technical arrangement/site condition .The DG is to be loaded ,transported and unloaded, fixing arrangement complete with MS channel ,angle, nut, bolts Danger plate and clamps etc 2. LT connection, DG body earth connection done by firm at the time of installation 3. Inspection by RITES/TPI. 4. For participating in tenders for an electrical nature of works , the contractor shall have to possess valid electrical license of appropriate voltage issued by any state govt under clause 45 of compilations of rule of Indian Electricity rules 1956 or as amended from time to time , electrical works of 11 KV and above including OHE , "A" class electrical contractor license is essential. 5. All necessary civil work will be done by contractor as per CPWD GENERAL SPECIFICATION FOR ELECTRICAL WORKS PART VII LATEST , AND site requirement . 6. During installation and commissioning of the DG, a person holding electric license will remain at the site and work as per all safety. 7. Installation location will be informed at the time of supply.

   Payment terms : 80% payment on receipt and acceptance of material by the Consignee in good condition, along with an Inspection certificate, and the Balance 20% after successful installation and commissioning of the equipment. Payments will be made against Online bills against online Consignee Receipt Note (CRN) issued by Gazetted Officer of consignee through UDM.
