S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 50 x 100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length,including make good the demolished portion of wall complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, plus/minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e.depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

(Note: Stainless steel butt hinges and necessary SS screws shall be measured and paid separately.)

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 450X 350X 7mm thick glazed coloured ceramic tiles on vertical surface of wall set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the shade, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free non - skid ceramic coloured designer tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid bedded & pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20mm thick any colour granite (of approved quality) work (table rubbed and polished) over in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills,cooking platform in CM 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and including cutting for sink and making holes for gas pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing edge moulding to 20mm thick stone of counters vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made vitrified heavy duty parking tiles coloured,matt finish,unglazed and unpolished of size 300 X 300 X 10mm thick including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry, 1:3:6, type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for filling of approved earth brought from outside MD land, depositing, spreading , levelling and well ramming of soil in layers including watering as required at a level upto 8m from ground level as in blast pens/ blast walls complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Earth brought from outside MD land shall be measured in stacks and void shall be deducted as per Engineering practice for payment purpose. (ii) Place/ spot outside MD land for obtaining and loading of soil shall be ascertained by the contractor at their own cost.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring for light, fan, socket or power point complete including removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting chases, pinning in brick wall, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. and making good, cutting exceeding 20cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting chases, pinning in concreate/stone walls, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. and making good, cutting exceeding 20cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm multistrand, FRLS copper conductor cable, PVC insulated and unsheathed, drawing in and including PVC conduit 20 mm dia medium grade ISI marked with all accessories such as bends, elbows reducers, pressed steel/ MS terminal boxes factory made 1.6 mm thick dully painted in rectangular shape appropriate size (having wall thickness of conduit not less than 2.00 mm) for one light/ fan point controlled by one 5 Amps switch one way, covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover for mounting switches, sockets requlators etc and continous PVC insulated and unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable multistrand as earth wire, complete all as specified. (Note:- Necessary chases cuttings for concealed wiring and making a good of distrubed surfaces shall be measured and paid under relevant items)

Taking down of old serveiceable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor/ Copper cables, 1100 volts grade cable of any size carefully from existing panel boards/ distribution boards, removing old cable sleeves & rubber packings and provide new Cable gland sleeves & rubber packing, replacing new cable glands lugs with suitable size of cable and refixing the XLPE cable/copper cables with panel boards/ distribution boards complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Quoted rate is inclusive of all necessary items such as cable glands, rubber packings, suitable thimbles and other required accessories complete.)

M&L for repair/ maintenance of exiting LT feeder pillar panel boards/ distribution boards, any type & shape repair the panel board foundation as exiting, cleaning panel boards with air-blower, replacing the busbars & insulators with colour code, repair panel door, locking arrangements complete & painting with powder coating as specified and re-commissioning panel board alongwith control wirings with necessary nut & bolts, screws, connecting with earth lead, earth strips etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note:- Quoted rate is inclusive of all required accessories for maintenance of distribution/ panel boards.)

Taking down of old serveiceable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor/ copper cables, 1100 volts grade cable of any size carefully from trench/ walls and re-routing the old serviceable XLPE cables as specified and directed in U frame type GI cable tray of size 30 cm height X 3 mm thick, including GI clamping accessories with suitable thimbles, clamps, cable glands and other requirement accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note:- (i) Necessary thimbles, GI cable tray & clamps with nut & bolts, cable end glands are inclusive in the quoted rates.)

Supply and fixing metalic type Turbo force single phase exhaust fan of sweep size 300 mm (12 inch), 1400 RPM, colour- Grey, four arm fan blades, steel shutters on exhaust side single phase 230 Volts, 50 HZ complete all as specified and directed.
