Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth using Quarry Stone including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level and curing complete with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand) including all carriages.

Dry random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth using quarry stone with bond stone including all carriages.

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50mm thick withcement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) including all carriages.

Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) :Flush/Ruled Pointing, including all carriages

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1Cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 grade stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including all carriages.

Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc. and removal of form for foundation, footings basses of columns etc . For mass concrete including all carriages.

Supplying and filling of good earth including digging earth carrying by lorry, placing, watering, dressing and ramming in layers not over 200mm thick and consolidation with PRR of 8-10 ton capacity including carriage of earth from approved source of supply to site of work complete including Royalty and all carriages.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete, including all carriages.
