SCHEDULE 'A'

Repair to potholes any depth,not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and as directed at site.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified.

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumin) at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam with 4 % binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 08 to 12 tonne power roller etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic (SDAC) concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 08 to 12 tonne power roller etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L painting lines,dashes,arrowes,letters,marking of 2 mm thick on new surface or previously treated road surface with hot applied retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint(white/golden yellow) confirming to MORTH (clause 803.4) all as specified with 8% glass beads using special applicator machine with heating arrangement upto 160 degree Centigrade including cleaning and drying the existing road surfaces to ensure dust,oil grease and moisure free surfaces before applying paint complete all as specified

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed at site by the engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing metal tubular solar dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with Ultra light flasing LED Solar reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed

M& L for Pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate as in kerbs set in cement mortar 1:6 with plain fair faces,including chamfers,weatherings,throating etc., complete all as directed.

M & L for providing chequered cement concrete tiles with mixture of white and grey cement in equal proportions and no pigment 300 mm x 300 mm x 25 mm thick jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors ,over & incl. 15 mm screed in CM 1:6 as specified complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC in (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) 75mm thick as in Sub base etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1(using 20mm graded aggregate ) in edging, coping ,channels necessary form work and finishing of exposed surfaces of concrete as specified.
