Cement Concrete with 4cm gauge approved Stone ballast coarse sand and cement in proporation of 12:6:1 inculuding supply of all materail labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion.

Cement Concrete with 4cm gauge approved stone ballast coarse sand and cement in proporation of 4:2:1 but with 2 cm gauge stone grit instead of 4cm gauge stone ballast including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc for proper completion of work.

R.C.C lighter beam having spans upto 6M work in with cement approved coarse sand and 2Cm gauge approved stone grit in proporation of 1:2:4 in lintels of doors,windows and sunsheds excluding supply of reinforcement and lits bending but i/c its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I Binding wire and i/c necessary centering and shuttering etc.and supply of all material, labour and T&P etc.requried for proper compaction of work.Binding wire of Supplied by the contractor free of cost.

supplying, fitting and placing un-coated HYSD bar Reinfrcement in foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications complete as per MORTH IInd Revision 2019 Specification 1600.

Providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick marble stone counters, Vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Stone work plain ashlar in arches in super structure upto floor V level incement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including centering,shuttering and pointing with white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement :2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade.
