Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Air cooled Floor mounted packaged / Ceiling Suspended Ducted AC Units of specified capacities below, nominal capacity condensing unit with all standard fittings, safety devices, like HP/LP cut-out, single phase preventer, overload relays, R-410A Gas, vibration isolation pads etc. hard drawn copper refrigerant piping between indoor and out door units, control cabling between indoor & out door units, canvas flexible connections at indoor units, provide rigid PVC drain piping up to nearest drain point, package AC should comprising of hermetically sealed scroll compressor, cooling coil internally grooved copper tubing with aluminium fins, fans, motor, safety devices, hydrophilic coated suitable to work till 50°C ambient, including grouted on ribbed rubber pads as vibration insulators along with all standard fittings, HP/LP cut-out, single phase preventer, OLR suitable for operational on three phase AC electric supply, including required foundation for base, and installation work complete all as per OEM recommendation with making up good existing walls/floors/ceiling with existing finishes and electric switch breakers fixed on cable tray complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Items such as charging of gas, refrigerant piping, control cabling, draining piping used shall deemed to be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Supply & Installation of PVC drain piping of suitable dia, as required at Site to the nearest drainage .Drain Pipe shall be well insulated with nitrile rubber, wrapped with 8oz Glass cloth and 2 Coats Fostering complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repair of Steel structural fabrication works fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts,cable trays,clamps bolts,washers, welding ,bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed including dismantling of old steel structure complete all as specified.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide complete wll as specified and directed.

Supply and fix earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required of size 32x6 mm GI strip complete all as specified and as directed. Note: This item shall be measured for the quantity used at site after the length of strip 7.5 Mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium onductors,1100 volts grade of size 50 qmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed Note : For Ser No 25 The rates quouted deems to inclusive of cutting of road /removal of interlocking tiles for laying of cables and refixing/repairing the same after laying of cables, machiching with the existing ground level complete all as specided. Any damage caused to the interlocking tiles shall be replaced without any extra cost.

Material and labour for GI tubing light grade 50 mm bore with fittings laid for protection of cable under road crossing fixed to walls or pole including fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n exc 1.5 mtr in width and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out all as required for laying of cables, Foundation filling of poles or stays complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading ,leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each all as required complete all as specified and directed.

Laying of riddle soil obtained from excavation and cushioning, covering of UG cables in trenches completed all as specifed and directed.

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks of (230x115x75 mm) or of size locally available , laid along alignment of cable as protection to cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed.
