WATER TREATRMENT PLANT
Design, construction, installation and commisioning of water treatment plant 5.5 MLD capacity Rapid Sand filter inlet chamber, pre-sedimentation tank, tappered flocculator, flash mixing unit, happer bottom secondary setting tank and clear water tanks, lime & alum solution tank with dozer, plant building comprising water testing lab with equipments, office room, storage for chemicals & other consumable, drainage channels, interconnecting paths (Min 1.20 m wide), Walk way (0.9 m wide) including both side railing over various units for inspection/operation, chemical handling and feeding arrangements, gaseous chlorination unit, back wash unit with pumping sets and air compressor, including arrangements for disposal of waste of water treatment plant process, hoisting and errection of all steel works, providing and installation of all mechanical and electrical equipments/accessories, laying of all interconnecting GI/MSERW pipes and arrangements for all units with disposal of same to appropriate point of Khad, all types of valves compatable to automation, fitting and all contigent works complete all as specified & as shown on Sketch No. 1 to Sketch No. 6 (Note : the drgs/Sketches attd are for guidance only)
EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS
M&L for cast iron sluice valve for water supply purpose with CI drilled flanged ends (integrally cast) class PN-1.6 conforming to IS-780 ISI marked with stainless steel spindle and iron wheel including jointing material such as rubber insertion packing rings with adequate size and washer complete of the size 250mm bore with iron wheel head mild steel nuts bolts washers etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
M&L for cast iron sluice valve for water supply purpose with CI drilled flanged ends (integrally cast) class PN-1.6 conforming to IS-14846 of 2000 ISI marked with stainless steel spindle and iron wheel including jointing material complete such as rubber insetion packing rings with adequate size and requisite numbes nut, bolt and washer complete of the size 150mm bore complete with iron wheel head mild steel nuts bolts washers etc any type all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Brick masonry valve pit of size 120x120x120cms (internal dimension) with earth work in any type of soil plain cement concrete M-10 type C-2 as in foundation, brick work in cement mortar 1:6 23 cms thick, 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 internally and externally flush pointed in same mortar as the work proceeds flooring shall be 40mm thick in plain cement concrete M-15 (Normal mix) laid over 75mm thick hard core top cover shall be made out of mild steel sheet 3.15mm thick fixed in angle iron frame made out of angle size 40x40x6mm with two number of hinges on one side and locking arrangement at other side with 50mm pad lock complete including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete including dismantling old existing all as specified.
Supply, installation, erection, commissioning and testing of Feeder pillar out door type weather/dust proof, factory made as per CPRI recommendation made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated with front and back side openable with suitable cable chamber and front side shutters with locking arrangement, 420 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire system including control wiring with suitable sie of PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable and each out going MCCB is to be connected with main bus bar through suitable size and capacity of aluminium bus bar or PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable including suitable size of thimbles and nut bolts etc as per manufacturer design mounted/fixed on PCC foundation and incoming and out going cable connections complete including suitable rating of CT's etc comprising of following:- (a) Aluminium bus bar with proper colour coding -04 Nos 250 A cap, duly fixed on suitable capacity and size of insulator complete as per OEM recommendations. (b) MCCB 100 A 4 pole 415 V, 36KA-01No Incoming. (c) MCCB 63 A 4 pole 415 V, 16KA-02No (Outgoung+Spare). (d) MCCB 25 A 4 pole 415 V, 16 KA-02 Nos (Outgoing). (e) Digital Voltmeter 0-500V. (f) Digital Amperemeter 0-200 Amp with CTs. (g) Indicator lamp RYB-01 Set. (h) Aluminium bus bar (40x6mm). (j) Supply and fix time switches 415 V Three phase of 20 Amp rating with contactor fitted inside steel enclosure.
M&L for cutting of existing MS pipe two cut of dia 250mm in position for intersection of new MS sec of 250x250x250mm dia Tee for branch connection complete with all fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
M&L for cutting of existing MS pipe two cut of dia 150mm in position for intersection of new MS sec of 150x150x150mm dia Tee for branch connection complete with all fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for bus bar chambers with 4 strip 200 amps IC including connections with the MCCB of capacity 63 Amps 3 pole for incoming, 415 volts 25 KA duly painted internally prewired with suitable copper wire having locking arrangements and bus bar insulator all as specified & directed as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
S&F pole mounting junction box of size 300mmx200x100mm fabricated out of 2mm thick MS sheet, front openable door with hinges, duly painted with aluminium paint internally and externally over a coat of red oxide primer suitable to house and including 02 Nos aluminium bus bar of 63 Amps capacity mounted on suitable insulators, one number MCB SP, 6A mounted on dinrail, internally wired with suitable size of copper conductor cable provision on bottom side for cable entry holes including fixing with steel tubular poles with two numbers FI clamps 25mmx3mm with nuts, bolts and washers complete and making connection with 1.5 sqmm copper conductor unsheathed FRLS PVC inculated 3 core from junction box to security light fittings duly laid inside the streel tubular pole and bracket complete all as specified. (Note: 40mm bore GI pipe light grade, MS clamps, nuts, bolts & washeres and 3 core 1.5sqmmm cable, GI brakcets will be measured and paid for separately).
M&L for bracket for fixing of streel light fittings bent to shape, made out of 40mm dia GI pipe medium grade not less than 1.5mtr long fixed with two sets of MS clamps made out of flat iron of size 50mmx6mm fabricated to shape and fixed with nuts bolts and washers & applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note: MS clamps, nuts, bolt and washer shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant item).
Cutting of roads for laying of pipe of any type and size and making good road by providing soling with broken boulders or quarried stone. WBM of existing thickness and finally topping with bitumimous macadum of existing thickness (bituminous macadum comprising of stone chipping and cold emulsion as per manufacturer's instructions) including necessary compaction by rolling etc. to match existing complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for earthing with steel earth plate electrode of size 600mmx600mm and 06mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr deep below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron earth lead 32mmx6mm (GI Strip) size, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of glavanised iron and 32x6mm earthing lead protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 40mm bore including provision of aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4), reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg per sqm) and frame of angle iron 40mmx40mmx3mm and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe of suitable length for watering perforated at bottom placed on top edged of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling and removal of surplus soil to a dis not exc. 50 mtr all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connecting to feeder pillers and Transformer all as specified including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.
Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm and 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below the normal ground level connecting to glavanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and earth lead protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 15mm bore including 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4), reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg per sqm) and frame of angle iron 40mmx40mmx3mm and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe of suitable length for watering perforated at bottom placed on top edged of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 mtr all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connecting to feeder pillers and Transformer all as specified including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.
Installation and commissioning of DG Dets 100 KVA taking out from old location and reshift to new location with proper arrangement of equipment and machinery to hold and support of DG sets and installed at new position with complete plinth work as per IEI rule suitable for DG sets complete all as specified and directed.
SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS
LLDPE septic tank designed to carry sewage and sludge water, including earth work, excavation, returning filling, disposal of surplus spoils to a distance not exc 50 meter from starting points, in hard rock, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) in foundation, 200mm thick, Vent shaft, connections etc. for 10 users (1600 litre capacity) including all fittings, fixtures, testing on completion Approximate Dimensions. Dia 1440 mm, height 1550 mm and total HRT 48 hr complete all as specified and directed.
Construction of soakage well 1.80 meter internal dia x 3.00 meter effective depth including earth work in hard rock cum hard soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed with top ring of m-25 concrete, form work, reinforcement including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC/cast iron pipes, bends and fittings. Complete, filled with brick bats complete all as shown on drgs,specified and directed .
