DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

Supply and fixing of Geyser 3 level safety, capillary thermostate , adjustable , automatic thermal cutout and multifunctional wall to provide higher safety, ISI marked nickle coated heating element of recommended capacity not less than 2KW to provide resistance against scale formation and EPAC coated inner tank having minimum 8 Kg/cm2 pressure bearing capacity , vertical mount type 25 Ltrs capacity five star rated , shockproof and rust proof ABS body compact size heavy duty and connecting with all fixing arrangement of nuts & bolts and fixing on wall , grouting,cutting,chasing and making good surface including S&F of 15mm bore NRV on GI pipe connetion, 2 Nos. SS PVC connection pipe (suitable to Hot and Cold water) of 15 mm dia upto 450 mm longwith two brass CP hexagonal nuts adopter rubber washer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of sub main wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with two single core 4 sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable ( FRLSH) 1100Volts grade drawn in & including rigid PVC conduit 20 mm dia or more medium grade concealed along with 4 Sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable (FRLSH ) as earth wire and wire connected with main earth dolly including cutting chasing and making good disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i) Two run of single core PVC cable with one run of earth conductor and conduit shall be measured as one unit. (ii) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive for cutting chases in wall/pillars/columns etc. of any description for concealing the conduits to required depth & making good the disturbed surface in cement mortar 1:4 including finishing the surface to match with the existing surface. The portion of sub main wiring at ceiling shall be in surface conduit of suitable size fixed on ceiling surface with using PVC rawl plugs)

Supply and fixing single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug & socket complete with one, single pole MCB 25 Amps 10 KA repturing capacity 240 Volts AC complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing of GI pipe "medium grade" ISI Marked with all fitting and fixed complete to walls of 15 mm bore size all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of CP 3 in 1 wall mixer for mixing hot and cold water screwed down for iron pipe suitable for 15 mm bore pipe as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of stop valves of size 15 mm bore dia. , cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed stop all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of CP shower rose with or without swivel joints of 125 mm size with shower arm including fixing to steel pipe or union complete all as specified and directed..

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing and rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for joint free coloured glazed ceramic tiles of any design and pattern, 300x450x 7 to 8 mm thick, as in dado etc including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.0 Kg/Sqm and pointed in white of coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles complete all as specified and directed.
