Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:One or more cost on old

Removing dry or oil bound distemper,water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping,sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade.Two or more cost applied @0.90ltr/10 sqm over an under cost of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade.Two or more cost applisd @ 0.90 m over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of required shade Old work (Two or more coast on existing cement paint surface applied @ 3.28 ltr/10sqm.

Removing white or color wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade(Two or more coast))over and including water thinnable priming cost with cement primer.

Providing and fixing paneled or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, widows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding paneling which will be paid for separately,all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.(35mm thick shutters.

Providing and fixing wire gauge laminated veneer lumber shutter conforming to IS : 14616,and as per TADS 15 :2001 (part B) using galvanized wire gauge with average with of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm as per IS :1568, FOR DOORS, WINDOWS AND CLEERSTORY WINDOWS FIXING WITH BUTT HINGES OF REQUIRED SIZE WITH NECESSARY SCREWS,AS PER DIRECTIONS OF Engineer-in-chaege (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately)(35 mm thick shutters)

Demolition of brick work manualiy/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 mtr lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.In mud.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1:cement : 4 coarss 1Sand)

Providing and fixing C.P.brass long body bib cock of approved quality conforming to ISstandards and weighing not less than 690 gms. 15 mm nominal bore.

Providing and fixing C.P.brass stop cock (concealed) of standard design and of approved make conforming to IS :8931,n 690 gms. 15 mm nominal bore.

Providing and fixing P.V.C. water storge tank with cover and locking arrangement with fitting compelet.

Providing and fixing P.V.C.(D-plast) rain water pipes of working pressure not less than 4.5 kg/sqm including fitting the joint with approved adhesive complete.100mm dia pipes.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavation)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m width as well as 10 sqm on plan) i/c getting out and disposal of excavation earth lead upto 50 mm and lift uupto 1.5 m as directed by Engineer-in-chakinds of soil.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.50 sq.meters and under, i/c cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, i/c disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 fine sand)
