MODERNISATION TO HEAD WORKS OF KALIMATI MIP IN GHATAGAON BLOCK UNDER OIIPCRA GRANT FOR THE YEAR 2024-25

Excavation of foundation to proper profile in all kinds of soil with all leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed to proper slope and level and making it fit for laying concrete and depositing the excavated materials clear of work site within all leads and lifts etc including dewatering from foundation if necessary etc with supply of all labour, all taxes as per prevailing norm and T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in hard soil in embankments,canal bank etc. within all lead and lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per specification approved by the department with supply of all labour, all taxes as per prevailing norm and T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement to be taken on finished compacted level section of the fill).

Clearing and grubbing jungles including uprooting tank vegetation, grass bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth up to 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviciable material and stacking of useful materials with supply of all labour T & P and all taxes as per prevailing norm etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Reinforced Cement Concrete M20 grade for RCC works on approved surface or shape ans size using 20mm and down graded crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin surface and other deletorious materials, quarry debris and foreign materials, clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials,(excluding cost,carriage of M.S.Rod and labour for cutting,bending,binding and fixing of M.S.Rod) with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour and supervision Charges including mobilisation & demobilisation of machineries, T&P with all incidental Charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Cement Concrete M15 grade (excluding cost of M.S.Rod,carriage and labour for cutting ,bending ,binding and fixing of M.S.Rod) using 20mm and down graded crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin surface and other deletorious materials, quarry debris and foreign materials, using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials hire and running charges of the machineries, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour, taxes as per prvailing norm and supervision Charges including mobilisation & de-mobilisation of men & machineries, T&P with all incidental Charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fine dressing of earth work in slope of Dam & canal embankment including trimmed to required profile and turfing with best compacted dub grass sods with all leads and lifts including periodical watering with labour, all other taxes as per prevailing norm and T & P till survival of the turf etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement and Payment will be made on survival of the turf. )

Supplying, straightening ,cutting,bending and binding of uncoated HYSD Steel ( Approved by Govt. Odisha) for concrete works and tying the grills as per approved design & drawing and placing in position including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge with supply of all labour, taxes as per prvailing norm and T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Weight of the binding wire will not be included in the measurement for payment).

Providing rigid shuttering for concrete works with box type steel shuttering plates with keys for intermediate construction joints in rafts of weir , barrage and dam blocks including cost, conveyance, royalty & other taxes of all materials required for the work complete in all respect and curing with water for specified period including depositing the debris clear of work site with all leads & lifts, delfts including supply of all labour, all taxes as per prevailing norm and T & P required for the items of work etc. complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and removing cement concrete including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the derbies with all leads & lifts including all labour, taxes as per norm, T & P etc. required for the item & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in all kinds of soil including moorum, stoney earth, gravel etc. excepting all kinds of rock & boulders exceeding 0.014cum. in volume for dam base stripping.Cut-off trenches, outfall drains and stripping in borrow areas including rough dressing and dumping the excavated materials away from work site manually including stacking the useful materials with removal of all organic materials such as shrubs, bushes and uprooting of stumps & roots of trees with all leads, lifts & delifts with dewatering including supplying and maintenance of equipments, haul roads and approach roads with all labour and T&P materials required for the item with supervision charges, mobilization, demobilization, all taxes, royalty etc. complete in all respect as per approved design, drawing, & specification as directed by the Engineer –in-Charge. (Measurement is to be taken on finished approved level section).

Excavation of hard soils by mechanical means loading into by mechanical means and unloading the soil within initial lead of 1km on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface including spreading and levelling the earth in 22.5cm layers to make ready for watering and compaction with sheep foot rollers and dozers but excluding watering and compaction in dams and dykes for all heights from the stripped surface above down stream filter blanket or cutoff trench as the case may be as per design ,drawing,specification including all leads,delifts ,cost of materials,all taxes ,royalty,mobilisation & demobilisation with construction ,maintenance ,watering and lighting of haul road and borrow area etc.with all materials ,labour and T&P required for the item complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge .(Measurement of the fill to be taken on finished compacted section)

Loosening, leveling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density. Etc complete as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, Collecting, stacking and conveying from stacks spreading moorum and consolidation with H.R.R. including water as directed by EIC.

Rough stone dry packing using departmental stone in approns and revetments to all heights,thickness , profile and level free from weathered skin including filling the interstices with small stone wedges including taxes of all materials, labour, as per prevailing norm and T&P alongwith supply of all labour required for the work complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing old revetment and approns of all heights and stacking the useful materials aside and repacking with old stones with supply of all labour , T&P materials required for the work with all incidental charges required etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(Work with Deptt. stone,No cost of stone will be paid)

Supplying and spreading sand of approved specification on compacted surfaces of earth dam or dykes for filter blanket and other horizontal filter zone to proper thickness including surface dressing within initial lead complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and spreading 40mm metal of approved specification on compacted surfaces of earth dam or dykes for filter blanket and other horizontal filter zone to proper thickness including surface dressing within initial lead complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing rip-rap to the slopes of earth dam and dyke with quarried and blasted granite stone boulders of sizes 0.30m and above size weighing 140lbs/cft and above of approved quality including dumping on slopes, filling interstices with small stones wedges and packing the surface to proper line and levels including fixing wave breakers complete with all leads and lifts including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of materials, supply of all labour, all taxes as per prevailing norm and T&P required to complete the work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. ( No deduction to be made towards voids in finished section.)

Supplying and fixing 15cm dia 1.00m long guard posts of RCC (1:2:4) using 7.5Kg of steel for each guard post with 12mm size black hard granite stone chips including cost of all reinforcement and materials centering shuttering and watering carrying etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
