Supply and fix in repair unserviceable distribution panel after disconnecting the electrical connections, Supply, installing, testing and commissioning outdoor type LT Feeder pillar box, with canopy arrangement platform mounted, factory made, totally enclosed, dust & vermin proof, IP 54, made of 3.15mm CRCA sheet, MS flat & angle supports/ frames, independent compartment for switches partition wall shall be of 3 mm thick, duly fabricated and having proper locking arrangement with slanting roof duly projected. duly powder coated both internally and externally suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire system and comprising of the followings features and accessories / components, complete all as specified and directed :-(Near Air Men Mess )

Bus Bar :- 400 Amps rated copper bus bar 03 Nos & 200 Amp 01 No. for neutral duly insulated with coloured PVC sleeve as per standard colour code and rigidly mounted on bakelite/DMC insulator bus bar support (Square/round) insulators of suitable size and good insulation resistance

Supply only drive for LED street light fittings of any make of capasity upto 45 Watt all as directed.

Supply only drive for LED street light fittings of any make of capasity upto 70 Watt all as directed.

Labour only for repairs to LED light fittings of any capacity mounted on LT poles up to 9 mtr long, diagnose fault, replacing defective parts like drive, SPD, etc including lowering / refixing fitting if required and tested after completion of repairs complete all as specified and directed Note : The stores for replacing shall be measured and paid separately

Cutting and brooming and clearing tree branches/ plants/ bushes obstructing the LT poles up to grith of 30cm on both sides including disposal of materials to a distance of 50 meters complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge Note: The quoted rate is inclusive of T & P as required for the work.

Supply and fixed in repairs GI pipe bracket for street light fittings mounted on LT poles upto 9 meters made out of 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade 1.5 mtr long bent to required angle/ shape with and including necessary clamps, nuts, bolts, & washers of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

Taking down the exsiting street light fittings fitted at a height of 08/09 mtr and S&F new high power LED fitting to ensure uniform distribution with die cast aluminium IP 65 street light of capacity 45 W LED fittings with suitable fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed make of Crompton Cat No LSTS-45-CDL or equivalent model of Havells /Wipro

Taking down the exis\ting street light fittings fitted at a ht of 9/11 mtr pole and S&F new high power LED fitting to ensure uniform distribution with die cast aluminium IP 65 street light of capacity 70 W LED fittings with suitable fixing accessories all as specified make of Crompton cat No-LST-70-CDL or equivalent model of Havells /Wipro.

Taking down the existing Post top fittings 1x70 W and S & F energy saving Post top luminaire 1x45W capacity LED type lumen and wired from terminal box to luminaries etc prewired with IP 65 protection on existing GI pipe of appx 6 feet height complete all as specified and directed . Make : Wipri/Crompton/Philips

S & F 3 runs of 1.5 Sq mm multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable to connect from junction box to street light fitting drawn through existing rigid non metallic PVC conduit medium grade fixed on pole by means of clamps made out of MS flat irons 25 mm x 4 mm thick and connecting from terminal box to light fitting and testing including taking down perished wiring complete all as directed (Three runs of PVC insulated copper cable shall be measured as one unit) complete all as specified and directed

Repairs to Mast light fittings from16mtr height by lowering the mast carefully by using existing winches & rope, disconnecting wires from the fittings for repair and re-fix the same in the existing removed position after repair including necessary connection and replacing the spares and testing complete all as specified and directed Note: Spares required will be measured and paid seperately)

Supply only drive for LED flood light fittings of any make and capacity upto 150/200 Watt all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for laying UG cable not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed .

Returning and refilling of excavated soil upto a depth of 30 cm after riddling the excavated soil for cushioning of cable and refilling of trench with normal excavated soil all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material not exc 50m and depositing where as directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

Excavation in trenches by cutting of road/PCC hard standing for taking out/ laying of cable including making good the exsisting surface complete all as specified and as directed Note - PCC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and lay in trenches burnt bricks sub-class ‘B’ bricks for cable protection complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 with 40 mm stone graded aggregate for foundation complete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C1 with 20 mm stone graded aggregate for coping of pole, making good the disturbed surfaces etc complete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed

Taking down unserviceable cable of any size, protection pipes from trenches, poles, walls etc, complete all as specified and directed

Supply, lay, test and commissioing of LT UG cable XLPE multi stranded armoured cable with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto and including 1100 volts grade, in trenches/duct/ on walls/on poles etc incl. necessary Glands of suitable size and Aluminium Lugs for fixing the cables complete all as specified and directed

Filteration of transformer oil of transfomer installed at various locations out door/ in door transformer to achieve di electric strength of 40 KV for 1 minute at 4 mm gap as per relevant IS with portable filteration plant, testing of oil for di electric strength before and after filteration shall be coducted complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer In Charge. Note : Test results before and after filteration shall be produced on completion.

Supply and topping up new transformer oil into the conservator tank/ body tank of the transformer at various location complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Make : Power Oil or its equivalent ) Note: The transformer oil for topping up shall be with di-electric strenght of 40KV for 1 minut at 4mm gap / as per IS.

S & F in repair switch air-break gang operated horizontal/vertical type single break, 11000 volts grade, triple pole, mechanically operated mounted on 3 insulator per phase on the exsting steel frame, without operating mechanism , for current rating 200 amps capacity including taking down old AB switch complete all as specified and directed . S & F in repair Drop out fuse assembly with fuse suitable for 11 KV current rating 25 to 50 Amps , 2 insulator type including taking down old HT Drop out fuse units complete all as specified and directed (Make: WSI/Jayshree/Mysore/Jaipuria)

S & F in repair for lightning arrester high tension expulsion type complete with all fittings transmission class, suitable discharge capacity for 11000 Volts supply including taking down old lightning arresters including fixing arrangements . (Make : WSI / Jayshree / Mysore/Areva).

Supply and fix in rep of pin type porcelain vitreous white/ brown insulator of size 150 mm height, 150 mm dia 11000 volts grade incl one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised washers and one galvanised iron nut complete all as specified and directed (Make: Jayshree / Mysore porceleain / Jaipuria / BHEL / Southern insulator / WS insulators/Jaipuria)

Supply and fix in repairs of pin type porcelain vitreous white/ brown insulator of size 100 mm height, 65 mm dia 1100 volts grade incl one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised washers and one galvanised iron nut complete all as specified and directed . Supply and fix in repairs of disc type porcelain vitreous 145 mm height and 255 mm dia ball and socket type white, brown or green for working pressure 11000 volts including mild steel straps of size 38 x 5 with 20mm dia bolts complete all as specified and directed . (Make: Jayshree /Mysore porcelain / Jaipuria / BHEL / Southern insulators / WS insulator)

Supply and Fix in repairs MCCBs 4 pole 63 to 100 Amps, 415 Volts, 16 KA fixed type complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in repairs MCCBs 3 pole 160 Amps 415 Volts, 25 KA adjustable type complete all as specified and directed .

All as per Ser item No. 37 here in above but 250 Amps 3 pole 36 KA complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces by cleaning / scraping with wire brush, removing fungus/algae and dust of pre stressed concrete poles of size 7.5 Mtr above ground level and applying two coats of cement based paint to the pole including coping and applying two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on street light brackets/ clamps, etc and writing pole number in Black & white paint (Number shall be 50 mm) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note : The quoted rate inclusive of two coats of Painting Blue and white strips in alternate layers with synthetic enamel paint up to 1 mtr height above coping of pole as directed.)

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces by cleaning / scraping with wire brush, removing fungus/algae and dust of Steel Tubular poles of size 9Mtr above ground level and applying two coats of Aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on street light pole, brackets/ clamps, terminal box etc including applying two coats of cement based paint for coping and applying two coat of aluminium paint and writing pole number in Black & white paint (Number shall be 50 mm) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note : The quoted rate inclusive of two coats of Painting Blue and white strips in alternate layers with synthetic enamel paint up to 1 mtr height above coping of pole as directed.)

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of all metallic paints by cleaning / scraping with wire brush, removing fungus/algae and dust of PCC 4-pole structure with 11 Mtr long and applying two coats of cement based paint to the pole including coping and applying two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on cross arms, clamps,etc and writing pole number in Black & white paint (Number shall be 50 mm) complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-charge. (Note : The quoted rate inclusive of two coats of Painting Blue and white strips in alternate layers with synthetic enamel paint up to 1 mtr height above coping of pole as directed.)

Material and labour for supply, spreading aggregate 40 mm grade after preparing the transformer / panel yard by removing the bushes, surface excavation up to 10cm, levelling etc complete all as specified and directed .

Remove the burnt out cables from panels/poles etc and re-termination of cables 10 SQmm to 50 sqmm after cutting and removing the burnt out portion and preparing and reconnect with suitable glands, aluminium lugs duly crimped and connecting up including GI pipe for cable protection above ground level, suitable GI clamp , complete all as specified and directed . Note: Necessary earth work GI Pipe shall be mesuared and paid seperately. Old serviceable sand obtained from excavation shall be resued for cushioning of cable and the cost of labour is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Material and Labour for clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots and trees and rubbish upto a distance of 50 metres outside/inside the periphery of the area under clearence of HT yard and substation area complete all as specified and directed

Remove the burnt out cables from panels/poles etc and re-termination of cables 10 SQmm to 50 sqmm after cutting and removing the burnt out portion and preparing and reconnect with suitable glands, aluminium lugs duly crimped and connecting up including GI pipe for cable protection above ground level, suitable GI clamp , complete all as specified and directed . Note: Necessary earth work GI Pipe sand shall be mesuared and paid seperately.
