Providing and constructing 10.00 m wide 0.50 m high service road to reach Island location with sand bags and compacted earth as directed by E/I including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and Constructing Temporary Island of required diameter for Construction of 6m dia. Well foundation with 8" dia 9 m long vertical wooden ballies,2' dia wooden ballies bracing and sand bags (Assuming depth of water 4.0 m and height of island to be 4.5 m) as directed by E/I including all material, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Providing, fabricating and laying cutting edge made out of M.S. angle & plates including cutting,bending,moulding, making holes,joining in required shape,welding as per approved drawing and technical specification for well foundation and erecting in position including cost of all material,Labour and T&P etc required for successful completion of the work as directed by E/I.

HYSD reinforcement bar of TATA/SAIL make including supply, cutting, bending, placing and binding with binding wire or welding where required in all parts of the well foundation as per approved drawing and technical specification, including cost of all materials, labour, tools tackles plants and equipment etc. complete as required for successful completion of the work.

Reinforced cement concrete M-25 (nominal mix 1:1:2.) in well Curb with OPC Grade 43 cement (not less than 550 kg per cum.),coarse sand (FM 1.8 to 2.5) and crushed stone aggregate 20 mm (60%) and 10 mm (40%) nominal size ,but excluding the cost of reinforcement steel which shall be measured seprately,concrete shall be mechanically mixed, placed in well curb and compacted with needle vibrator complete as per Drawing and Technical Specification including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Reinforced cement concrete M-20 (nominal mix 1:1.5:3) in well steining with OPC grade-43 cement (cement not less than 400 kg per cum.), coarse sand (FM 1.8 to 2.5) and crushed stone aggregate 20 mm (60%) and 10 mm (40%) nominal size ,but excluding the cost of reinforcement steel which shall be measured seprately,concrete shall be mechanically mixed, placed in well steining and compacted with needle vibrator complete as per Drawing and Technical Specification including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Sinking of 6.0 m external diameter Well through all kind of strata such as sand,clay,silt in alluvial soil mixed small kankar(Bajri) rock etc. by dredging out the muck with suitable devices and loading the well for further sinking, where well is not sinking under its self weight, also engaging all limits to control the tilt and shift within the permissible limits ( max tilt 1 in 8 and max. shift of 150 mm in resultant direction) any change in actual tilt and swift may necessitate change in the design of well and cantilever etc. and any extra cost on this account shall have to be borne by the contractor as directed by E/I,including all materials,labour T&P and Machinery etc required for proper completion of the work. (Depth of sinking is to reckoned from the lowest water level.) Depth 0 to 3.0 m below bed level

Plain Cement concrete M-15 (nominal mix 1:2:4) in Bottom plug of the well with O.P.C Grade-43 cement (not less than 300 kg per cum),coarse sand (F.M. 1.5 to 2.0) and crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (60%) ,20 mm (30%) ,10 mm (10%) nominal size, including admixture & 10% extra cement (Additional) for under water concreting and including Supply of all material labours and T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Sand filling in well available at site as per Drawing, Technical Specifications complete & as directed by E/I, including watering, dressing, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Plain Cement concrete M-15 (nominal mix 1:2:4) in Top plug of the well with O.P.C Grade-43 cement (not less than 300 kg per cum),coarse sand (F.M. 1.5 to 2.0) and crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (60%) ,20 mm (30%) ,10 mm (10%) nominal size, including Supply of all material labours and T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Reinforced cement concrete M-20 (nominal mix 1:1.5:3) in Well Cap/Beam/Chimney with OPC grade-43 cement (cement not less than 400 kg per cum.), coarse sand (FM 1.8 to 2.5) and crushed stone aggregate 20 mm (60%) and 10 mm (40%) nominal size ,but excluding the cost of reinforcement steel which shall be measured seprately,concrete shall be mechanically mixed, placed in Well Cap/Beam/Chimney and compacted with needle vibrator complete as per Drawing and Technical Specification including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Fixing of template to fix stub for tower erection including stub setting, leveling, alignment and cartage of the same from store to site. (Stub shall be provided by the department free of cost.)

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam Clay or Sand) including lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 30m and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of the foundation work.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetations,grass, bush, wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1.0m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50m outside the periphery of UPPCL area cleared.

First class brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar consisting of one part of cement & four part of coarse sand (1:4), minimum thickness not to be less then 10 mm including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc for proper completion of work.

6 mm. thick plaster with 1:3 cement & coarse sand including labour, materials & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

3 mm thick floating coat of neat cement finish including supply of all materials,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.( cement consumption 0.044 bag/Sq.m.)

Straight over burnt bricks on edge floor laid dry, joints sand filled, including preparation of base to proper slope and its ramming including supply of all material labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Painting or varnishing new iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint and one coat of approved superior quality ready mix paint "Luxol" or equivalent brand or varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should conform to the I.S. 103-1950.

As in item 27 above but for every coat after first coat.

Hiring of total station machine with competent operator for fixing the level,alignment and location of the tower.

Arranging JCB Machine including cost of fuel along with Driver/Operator for dismantling work as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Including all labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.
