SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, AND COMMISSIONING OF COOLING TANK WITH AGITATOR FOR ARAVANA COOLING: Size:1500 mm dia x 2000 mm Ht 3 HP Motor (Crompton / Kirloskar) with reputed make Gear Box (Elecon /Shanti)of suitable RPM The vessel made of shell 5 mm ss304 sheet, Bottom 6mm sheet ss304 Jacket made of shell 5 mm ss304, Bottom 5mm sheet ss304 Provided stirrer of shaft dia 50mm with Blades of 6mm thick for uniform and fastest cooling. There will be a 50mm gap between the jacket and vessel, A path way is provided in a spiral shape made of 6mm flat in side the jacket to prevent direct passage of water from inlet to outlet and it helps to circulate the cold water in the jacket , water inlet and outlet nozzle provided in the Jacket and drain point on the bottom of Jacket. Provide spiral with 8 no's lead using 40x6mm SS304 flat. Manhole with hopper made of ss 304 to connect the transfer pump.Lugs provided 4 No (100mm dia 4.5mm thick). suitable to maintain the proper height from the pipe (Approx 2ft),The vessel is provided with a Lid in 3 pieces- first piece with SS wire mesh for escape of water vapor, and the centre piece fixed type over which the agitator is supported and the last piece hinged type for cleaning purpose (Including transportation charges up to Sannidhanam.)
