Procurement of Sulphuric acid for RTPS

a) For Manufacturers: The intending bidder shall have successfully supplied Sulphuric acid to any government sector/PSU/Major power plants/Reputed private sector major industries amounting to not less than Rs.117.6Lakhs(Rs.58.80Lakhs for Micro and small Enterprises)in any one year of the preceding three financial years i.e. 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 (2 year for Micro and small Enterprises i.e. 2024-25 & 2025-26).As a proof purchase order (PO) copies (Single/Multiple (max.3) for any one of the said financial year during which supplies are made shall be uploaded.b) For Authorised representatives/ dealers / Supplier:The intending bidder shall have successfully supplied Sulphuric acid to any government sector/PSU/Major power plants/Reputed private sector major industries amounting to not less than Rs.44.10 Lakhs in any one year of the preceding three financial years i.e. 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26.

The intending bidder shall be Manufacturer/Authorized dealer/ Supplier of Sulphuric acid. As a proof bidder shall upload valid registration certificate/dealership certificate issued by the Competent Authority/ relevant documents in e-portal.

The Annual financial turnover of the tenderer should be not less than Rs.147Lakhs (Rs.73.50Lakhs for Micro and small Enterprises) during the last 3 preceding financial years (last 2 preceding financial years respect to Micro and small Enterprises) ending on the relevant financial year (2022-23,2023-24 & 2024-25). As a proof the bidder shall upload the certified copy of the Annual turnover certificate/Profit & Loss statement duly certified by the Chartered Accountant.
