TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICERS WORK TO CERTAIN PLACES AT HQ 122 INF BDE, 122 SIGNAL CENTRE, APS/APPS, STN HQ, TCP, FPO, 52 AALC, LAO OFFICE, ECHS, BH B BLOCK, BI LINE, ETC AT BARRACKPORE CANTT UNDER GE BARRACKPORE

To perform such services and execute works upon the terms and condition contained or referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions here-in-after contained as may be deemed and as are enumerated in MES Standard Schedule of Rates (here-in-after referred to as the MES Schedule) Part - I (2009) and Part II (2020) during the period of one year from the date of acceptance letter at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES Schedule and as Such other rates may be fixed under the provision of condition 62 (D) of IAFW-2249 (General Condition of the Contracts together with Errata from 1 to 20 and amendment from 1 to 49) NOTE:- (i) Tenderer shall insert percentage at the 5th Column of this BOQ Excel Sheet (ii) Tenderer shall refer and select the option Excess (+) or less (-) sheet to quote the percentage above or below SSR Part-II (2020) (iii) Amount inserted by the MES under rates Column and the amount reflected in the pages is approximate and for reference only. Being Terms Contract, work shall be priced at the rates given in SSR subject to adjusment of percentage quoted by the tenderer in this pages while placing work order and payment shall be made accordingly (iv) The unit rate quoted by the tenderer shall include all taxes/duties exise duty, customs duty, GST, octroi duty and/or any other taxes as applicable. This is an express condition of this contract and no claim on this account shall be entertained by the department on this account. (v) Tenderer attention are invited towards deduction of GST on works contract at source which has come in to force as per latest notification of Finance Department of Govt of India and subsequent notifications. The percentage of GST on works contract to be deducted from the contractor's payment (RAR/Final Bill) at source shall be as per prevailing rates of Govt Notifications. issued by the Govt of India. Additional deductions with regard to contruction Labour Welfare CESS as per prevailing rate notified by the Labour Ministry, Govt of West Bengal shall also be effected from the contractor's payment (RAR/Final Bill at source for depositing the said money in favour of "WEST BENGAL BUILDING & OTHER CONSTN WORKERS WELFARE FUND " Percentage offered by the tenderer shall also include as per prevailing percentage notified through Gazette Notification by the Min of Finance (Department of Revenue ). The above taxes are deemed to be included in the percentage quoted by the tenderer and no claim in this regard is admissible on this account later on.
