Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor & paving not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing and rubbish of the premisses, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh,any type ,complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work, stone/ boulder masonry and built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed and removing rubbish etc. at the places out side the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance exc 100 m and making good surface in soft and loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 6 mm thick asbestos cement sheet, corrugated, or semi corrugated sheets as in roofs, walls etc. and fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type hook or cranked bolts complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for asbestos cement serrated ridge 6mm thick for corrugated or semi corrugated sheets fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts as specified.

Supply and fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheeting 0.50 mm thick any colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing for Steel work in tubular trusses and tubular posts purlins and rafters including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n.exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing precast cement concrete solid building blocks or slabs 10cm thick (with plain or interlockingjoints as directed) , type C-1, 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in walls and setting in mortar 1:6, complete, all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth protection, finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering cement plaster in two layers , 8mm thick in CM 1:4 using liquid WPC over 12mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & fair without using extra cement at any floor complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Water proofing compound shall be paid separately.

S&F for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing including fabrication complete conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 0.63 mm thick mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gate and similar works cut to size, holes punched, incl round headed screw clout nails or rivets and fixed to steel framing work plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams including bending or turning up, mitred angles etc all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Welded steel wire fabric (mesh size 50mmx50mm), weight per square metre not exc 4kg/sqm, supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of any description exc 10cm width or girth not otherwise described, with two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of epoxy primer all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L chequered cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 25mm/30cm x 30cm x25mm thick with white cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&l for machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with using grey cement & no pigment laid over and inluding 50mm thick 6.3mm graded stone chippings cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Unplasticised PVC pipes 15mm bore of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc., any type of pipe complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in repair vitreous China wash basin, white, flat back, size 550x400mm or nearest available size as approved including chromium plated fancy type pillar taps, CP bottle trap, waste coupling, chain and plug and including brackets/ fixing with bolts etc. as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in repair 32mm bore unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kg/cm2 fixed complete to walls as in wash hand basin & sink drain pipes complete all as specified.

Taking down chowkhats or frames (without taking of shutters from the frames) area exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing for factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube in opening as per specification and drawing on Page No. 180 of SSR-2020 (Part II) all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & Page No. 176 of SSR-2020 (Part II) all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the shade all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 300 x 200 x 6 to7 mm thick glazed coloured ceramic tiles on vertical surface of wall set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 10 mm thick backing plaster in CM 1:3 and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the shade all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in CM 1:6 finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling, post holes and mass concrete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F 4mm thick sheet/ float glass in repairs, ordinary quality and glazing fixed in aluminium window shutters area of each pane exc .5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L preparation of old painted steel & iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,and applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

Preparing newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on wall surfaces over one coat of primer all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Preparation of old treated surfaces of wall and applying one coat of cement based paint over water cured surfaces carrying out curing work for once in a day for next 4 days completeall as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for three coats of white wash including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
