Providing of all materials, Carting from site store to site of work, Lowering into trenches with true to alignment, Laying of MS ERW Pipes grade Yst 210, Jointing by electric welding process with proper grade of eletrodes suitable for jointing of water supply pipe lines (Ador, L&T or equivalent electrodes) by cutting of pipes and making required bends by welding, completion of work with testing of pipe line etc complete.

MSERW 350 mm Dia 6.4 mm Thickness

Excavation in soil mixed with single boulders etc. requiring the use of special T&P, if any, for pipe line trenches including lift up to 1.5m and lead up to 30m with back filling, watering, ramming of excavated earth in the trenches.

Excavation same as above item but excavation in decomposed, weathered or soft rock.

Supplying and fixing of folllowing Valves and Fitting.

Painting of MS ERW Pipes with 2 coats of approved quality. (Anti-Corrosive paint over one coat of Primer)

Supply of all materials, labour, T & P etc. and Construction of Sluice Valve / Reflux Valve / Scour Valve Chamber as per type design complete. (Size 1.20mx1.20mx1.20m.)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent designmix)

Concrete with cement, coarse sand & 40mm gauge stone ballast in proportion 1:4:8 in foundation and floors including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work, as per drawing and technical specification.

Random rubble masonry laid in 1:6 cement and sand mortar with hard stone in breast walls, retaining walls, etc. including supply of all material, labour, T&P and royaltiies etc. complete.

Providing cement concrete, nominal mix in 1:2:4 with cement, coarse sand & 20mm gauge stone ballast in open foundations, as per drawing and technical specification.

Reinforcement in RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding, using Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars all complete.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams , suspended floors, roofs, landing, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, stair cases and spiral stair cases up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering and shuttering finishing and reinforcement - in 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 grade aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) /manual means over areas exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.50m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan ) including disposal of excavated earth within a lead of 50 m & lift up to 1.5 mtr. Disposal earth to be leveled and neatly dressed in all kind of soils.

Cartage of surplus excavated earth and rubbish for disposal from the site of work for an average distance of 3.00 km by truck including, loading,unloading and dressing etc complete.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering finishing and reinforcement -all work up to plinth level in 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 grade aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, roping etc. and removal of form for

Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses,plinth and string courses etc.

Supply and fixing of PVC pipes 110 mm diameter for rain water.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering

1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Hand Packed stone filling in bacvk of walls including cost of all material ,royalatity,T&P etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in -charge .
