Excavation in trenches in hard / dense soil n.exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth and getting out, including trimming the sides and forming bottom surface to required levels for laying pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches in soft/loose soil in layers n.exc. 25 cm after laying of pipes including spreading, levelling, and well ramming complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed

Repairs to CI sluice valves by taking out gland sleeve, check nut spindle, gate etc. and cleaning the valve by removing all scales and re-assembling the valve with new packing, nut and bolts including painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for the following:

Sluice valve flanged type 200/ 150mm dia.

Sluice valve flanged type 100/ 80mm dia.

Repairs to CI Non return valves by opening the cover and cleaning the valve by removing all scales, dirt etc and re-assembling the valve with new packing, nut and bolts including painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for the following:

Non-return valve flanged type 80/100/ 150mm dia.

M&L for repair of butterfly valve of following sizes, slim seal standard lever operated type confirming to IS -13039 with required type confirming to IS -13039 with replacement of required flanges, nuts bolt, handle etc - CI Heavy ISI--to suit the system make kirloskar/ jindal including taken down unserviceable accessories all as directed by Engineer In Charge

Supply and replace worn out / rusted nut, bolts and washer in repairs of any size wherever necessary all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix MS pipe IS - 1239 marked (heavy duty) exposed in multi storied building including all fittings like coupling, bends, elbows, tees etc. and suitable fixing arrangement for pipe support such as MS round, angles, channels, plate including cutting to size welding and making good walls, ceiling and floors, welded or screwed joints as required, cutting holes and chases in walls complete including painting the whole surfaces of MS pipe with synthetic enamel paint as per colour code over two coats of zinc chrome primer all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Painting fire buckets,Fire extinguisher and its stand surfaces by scrapping old rusted paint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L cleaning of fire static tank at Navjivani Hospital by draining out the brackish / muddy water and applying bleaching powder in the bottom, side wall by and scrubbing and removing scale dirt and fungus with steel wire brush , cleaning two times with fresh water and one coat of white wash complete including write date of cleaning with white paint all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairs to FHC (Fire hydrant cabinate) of any size by dismantling the broken angle iron & MS sheet cover complete with welding work if required and M & L for new angle iron, MS Sheet as per required , hinges, locking arrange ments etc including painting complete FDC steel surfaces (Inside & Outside of FHC) with two coats of synthetic enamel paint as existing, All as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L cleaning of PVC fire tank of capacity 500/1000 Ltrs by draining out the brackish / muddy water and applying bleaching powder in the bottom, side wall by and scrubbing and removing scale dirt and fungus with steel wire brush , cleaning two times with fresh water complete including write date of cleaning with white paint all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix fire bucket set of 3 Nos duly filled with cleaned sand and water along with suitable stand for 3 Nos Fire Bucket & 3 Nos Fire extingushers including painted with red coulor and write FIRE on top of stand, all as directed by Engineer In Charge
